Heartily agree! No one here knows there'll be good - or bad! - news next week. So put a pipe in it, with your "imminent" jibes and prophecy of delay. All anyone knows are what's been announced by RNS. All else is unhelpful guesswork.

NEDs are ten a penny. Useful though. You can get someone retired from the board of an MNC or someone famous to help your business in contacts or image for relatively little money - a couple of hours a month and they'll be sitting on boards as NEDs of a dozen companies, raking it in.

To employ a person like this full time couldn't be more different, you're taking someone who could NED as much as they like and tying them into a single job at a single company. There's no way someone like this would take such a role just for salary, whatever the salary is. She's, almost certainly, come aboard something that she sees as a chance to get on board early, a chance that won't come again.

I've always been sceptical that there are many long or short traders on here, or just generally trading the share in general. They're simply isn't that much volume or usual volatility to do so. I'm sure some exist. The real reason I think this happens is because nature abhors a vacuum and, as with news, if there's nothing happening column inches still have to be filled and people will still go on to this site and write something and if they're nervous probably something negative and if someone else sees something negative they will try and write something positive because they don't like to see the share price slip and they think they can control that and so the cycle continues. The reality is the announcements we've had so far are still valid, the board has announced various timelines and vectors and we are still sitting on those until we hear otherwise.

They don't have money, yes, but also no real staff, the business isn't being run as a going concern - I'm shocked but not surprised that it's still traded on an exchange, by rights it should have been suspended. Beyond that, it has no real route to make money. With a market cap of about £1.7M I feel it's vastly overpriced - there are fruit and veg stalls with better profits, better routes to more profits and more predictable revenue.

No, none of what you wrote is true. They're not in charge of the share price but the dilution (which they do control) was around 8% - tiny.

Further, we aren't due any news. The board is not directed to push short term share price movement to satisfy ultra low value spread betters in their mum's basement.

The bid and ask at the top of this page are completely irrelevant.
