Will Tally actually have any difficulty in India?

Will Robotics be assembling the rig?
"Robotics has confirmed it will provide its highly experienced drilling personnel for a minimum of 6 months"
If so, it could be ready fairly quickly.

As vaulted gold fees for insurance and storage are based on weight, with an increasing gold price and as Tally are charging on value of gold held, what margins would Tally have if gold increases in value by 50% (Using 7p per £1000 held per month, deduct 6.5p for fees paid to vault, gives 0.5p to Tally. With gold at £1500, the fees paid to the vault will still be 6.5p as the weight hasn't changed yet Tally would be earning 4p (on the £500 increase) for the same weight.
Observations welcome.

It is very important to note that Sareum was NOT a defendant in the case.
The reference to the share price increase was about Sierra.
.
.
The claim wasn't just against Sierra:
"Defendants (i) Sierra Oncology, Inc. (formerly ProNAi Therapeutics, Inc. and referred to herein as “Sierra”), (ii) Nick Glover, Sukhi Jagpal, Donald Parfet, Albert Cha, Nicole Onetto, Robert Pelzer, Peter Thompson, James Topper and Alvin Vitangcol (“Individual Defendants”), and (iii) Jefferies LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Wedbush Securities Inc., and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. (“Underwriter Defendants” and collectively with Sierra and the Individual Defendants, “Defendants”)."
This is possibly why the price increased today as the precise liability was known.
.
.
Through mediation a claim has been mutually settled pending Court authorisation
"Sierra is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that develops cancer treatments, including an experimental lymphoma treatment called PNT2258 that was under development at the time of the IPO. Plaintiffs have alleged, among other things, that Defendants misrepresented and omitted material facts in the Offering Materials for the IPO concerning the effectiveness of PNT2258, how patients were responding to the drug in clinical trials, and the viability of its development. Plaintiffs allege that in June 2016 Sierra revealed the truth about PNT2258’s alleged ineffectiveness in treating cancer and, as a result, the price of the Company’s common stock fell. Defendants deny all of Plaintiffs’ allegations."
It is sometimes more cost effective for parties to reach an agreed settlement to save on increasing legal fees for both parties should the case go to trial and any subsequent appeals.

PS Yes, I know that Tally is not a crypto, it's far superior imo.

TallyMoney can't come too soon for some:
"Imagine living in a country where the cost of a cup of coffee rises by more than 300,000% in a year. No wonder volatile crypto-currencies seem like a better bet."

The "joys" of fiat currency and inflation:
" In Caracas, this week, a Big Mac cost 145,000 bolívars; in American cities, it cost an average of $5.28. The ratio of those prices gives a PPP exchange rate of 27,500 bolívars. Two years ago, the rate was 27 bolívars.25 Jan 2018"
If only they held gold
.
.
Patent protection is primary, as without it there is no licensing revenue and any company can freely replicate.
.
.
Application 13/781.902 was made on March 1, 2013
.
.
This reclassifies the Patent Application as "New" , including additional/amended claims, but with the same priority date - an excellent move imo

What a delightful tale you spin, unfortunately, beneficial ownership of the gold has to be proven to the bank in compliance with ongoing and updated Ruiles (July 2018).
As for Swiss banks/vaults not charging storage fees, this may be true in the first year but can be 1.5% pa thereafter.
Keep dreaming your hypothetical story, it makes for amusing reading.
.
.
It is suggested that you read The UK / Swiss Tax Agreement which came into force on 1 January 2013, before waffling further.
Then check the annual charges for holding vaulted gold and compare with the 0.9% for TallyMoney.
Looking forward to your "knowledgeable" replies.
TIA

Interest will have been based on the concept, actual beta testing which has been ongoing for months, and any discussions about the B2B2C model (all of which would be subject to NDAs, obviously).
If you hadn't noticed, TallyMoney is a FinTech and there is massive interest in neo-banking. Have actually spoken with people who are using Railsbank which they found impressive - since directing them to TallyMoney, they are very keen to the actual release for both long-term holdings in gold, and the MasterCard facility for use abroad.....and one isn't talking about £100 deposits lol (It only takes 10 - 20 of this type of user to hit £1,000,000 gold holdings).
Hint - it might be complex using your fingers and thumbs to do the maths.

Last week, requests were made to link TallyMoney to all social media accounts, with feedback of over 800 shares by a single user. If one looks at the TallyMoney.com website, there is a "Pre-Register" option.
Free marketing, which will no doubt be substantially increased nearer the actual launch.
As for "CrowdFunding", why bother when LION has already stated there is significant interest in the product - a few IIs would be much better than hundreds of transient individual investors looking for a quick return imo.
Let the company grow so that actual figures can be presented to potential IIs prior to the IPO and re-listing, at a premium to suspension price!
It is therefore suggested that those demanding a re-listing before operational growth can be shown are clueless about raising investment at an optimum price for current shareholders, and to place a price base subsequently.
