Wouldn't any consolidation have to be voted on in a General Meeting?

If all the 2.2p warrants were exercised by January 27, there would be over 610 million shares in issue, add in any IPO shares (100 million?), would it make sense to consolidate pre-relisting by 4-for-1, or so?

With fewer shares in issue and a higher price on relisting, how would that influence market perception of a neo banking platform?

If one were holding 1 share @ 3p, why is it being assumed that should that share be split eg 2-for-1 the value of the holding would double? A 2-for-1 would merely double the shares os and halve the price for each share to 1.5p.
