1. Due diligence carried out by multiple interested parties by specified date.
2. Sealed bids for either A) Asset sale B) Joint venture C) Full company sale.
3. Anonymous feedback on bid values to all parties.
4. Any counter bids by interested parties by specified date.
5. Recommended bid voted on if applicable.
6. Consider the gravity of what's coming to your bank account.

Sorry for all the personal damage caused here. I was fortunate to get out when the directors sold and suffer a lesser loss.
There is a glimmer that I'd choose to get back in, but you have to ask what the current finances are? They have a big staff bank now, with some heavy hitters. That's a drain on resources with no real handle on exact incomes. I'm thinking a cash call in the early new year, so will wait and see.
A genuine GLA and hope you recover all your losses.

Norilsk shareholders must be sick as parrots that their divi has reduced by 20% despite fantastic profits.
I just don't understand why they would do that when they plan to invest billions over the next few years (weeks) LOL

Typical strategy while waiting for news to drop. Death by a thousand cuts. Don't be fooled by it, resist and wait. A bit like the young priest who finally hung up his cassock.
Now imagine a RNS that said shares were immediately suspended pending an announcement on the future of Eurasia Mining.
That would cause a few sleepless nights I bet.

It seems to imply confidence in a near-term deal from the finance houses in allowing 50% LTV on their circa $20M share value. In a closed period which is interesting and 2 more announcements on their way before any further investments from our BOD.
Time will tell.

Perhaps our buyer has accumulated their fill. Any sells are small-fry, suggesting those that are in are staying in. The buyer will be tipped the wink by the brokers, that just like 4 days after Christmas, the turkey has dried up, as has share availability. It's time to put your deal on the table.

Trading. The newer members of the BOD my be happier to go it alone if the deal isn't satisfactory. However, there may be some investment fatigue and desire to move on for others. The ultimate power will be in the hands of the stakeholders. Them and us.

What are these rumours of BOD members being in China?

Now as we ponder what kind of deal may be coming, it is important to not under-estimate what may occur. Some are too cautious on their valuations, but it's worth considering that there is a proven massively valuable resource available, which is 20 years in the making. If EUA had been running for 2 years, then maybe their willingness for a get out quick deal may be understandable. However, after 20 years of blood, sweat and tears, I think they'll be going for true worth, no matter what direction the deal goes in.
Best consider this mindset when investing your hard earned.
