Wolster, the BOD have no control over their Nomads finances. They have shown themselves shrewd in getting 100% control over the mining at the right time, and are doing the same thing with the Nomad. Simple as that.

Could be that EUA have made a pre-emptive strike on the Nomad situation. The astute BOD are aware of WHI's financial fragilities, and have requested and agreed they should step down so not to delay any future deals.
Always be in charge of your own destiny. I know I would.

The appointment of a new Nomad does not imply/mean EUA will come out of suspension. We currently have a Nomad and are in suspension.
