Key aspect is:
Are your funds in an ISA.
If so, all is good no tax.
If not, it's more involved, but not as bad as you seem to fear.

Getting debt down, is absolutely vital.
They've done that.
Very wise use of funds.

Much better than i feared.
I'm a cash is king guy.
Debt is down, excellent.
Cash balance acceptable (higher than i thought).
Kitchen sink thrown in, although prior year adjustment to accounts, masks the grim reading.
Front loaded capex.
No need for immediate further placing.

So, thunderbirds are go.

However, the deal with the Welsh Assembly over the factory was inspirational, and will stand the company in good stead.
I think tmw is likely to be a damp squid. We've been talking about the 'news' tmw for weeks, now.
Much ado about nothing.
The main issue will be nothing in the coffers, i think.
SP after an early jig, will be static.
Going forward, the market will wish to see loan repayments, and return to trading profitability.
Share is now a very long term hold, 3 years plus, for a decent return.
Be interesting to see the silver tongue sugar coating, though.

This share is a puzzle, wrapped in an enigma, enveloped by a mystery.
Not sure that tmw will shed any further light. All news is already out there.

Before MRE, GGP could place a written note in the accounts, of an, as yet unquantifiable, Intangible Asset.
As such it alerts folks of it's existence, without claiming any financial credence to it.
Folks can then decide.

Fairly sure that was just after the placing.
It was Stroll re-distributing placing shares, through his affiliated companies.
So, not actually a share sale.
Stroll is still very hands on, with a full portfolio. Stroll on!!

From your previous posts, AML has done you well, and will during remainder of 2020, once 29th debacle swallowed.
