From experience FMV is impossible to define. Comes down to a buyer and seller agreeing on a price, having hopefully taken into account ALL factors.
Often ends up as what one is prepared to pay, and the other prepared to sell, for.
We, won't have any say in it.

Just one point that I haven't been able to glean.
Does GGP have a reputable firm of advisors, available/retained/engaged.?

The company has had all the fluff and banner waving.
Now, they need to concentrate on achieving.
There is a massive job to do in next 3 years.
It's all about doing it, not talking about doing it.
Share price in 70p to 80p region is quite bullish, based on facts at hand.

I've no view on a potential sale price, since i don't have the expertise.
Certainly a whole range of prices (many guesses) doing the rounds.
However, virtually all of us on here, aren't even a drop in the EUA ocean.
As such, we won't influence the sales price at all.
It will be agreed upstairs in the boardroom., once acceptable to the big players.
We will just be presented with it. We won't even have a vote in it, since our holdings are insignificant.
So, sit back and enjoy it unfolding, and wait to be told how much your shares are being sold for

Goes ex-div tmw, before start of business.
So technically, you could buy today at 16.15, and sell tmw at 08.15, and you would get the divi.
I wouldn't fancy that though, it would take complete confidence in the market!!
