My guess is that FQM will want to get drilling once all the formalities are concluded so hopefully the renewal and transfer of the licenses will be completed soon. They have already stated that government approvals have already been given.

The next round of Mining Licensing Committee decisions are overdue so we might get something soon…. Fingers crossed.

I was looking at page 8 of the new presentation and I can’t decide if they plan on one processing hub which serves both Munkoyo and Project G, or two separate ones. In usual Jubilee fashion it’s a bit vague! I presume the grey and red circles on the map are indicating planned hubs but who knows?

LUFC remember that is 25,000 tpa capacity within 12 months, not 25,000 tpa production.

There has been some drilling close to the Khoemacau boundary in Botswana, on the same trend line that they were drilling. Obviously looking to establish continuity of mineralisation all the way across that anomaly, which is about 2.5km at least.

If you think this is expensive I'd suggest a bit more research! This is still dirt cheap.

Hornygoatweed, I just checked the annual report and it's Mukai and Mushima North in the agreement. I had thought there were 3 licenses involved for some reason but apparently only those two.

The last paragraph may be particularly relevant to Mukai:

"...in the longer term, FQM would expand its exploration programme in Zambia, with an initial focus on the areas around existing operations, followed by prospective new sites across the country’s mining regions."

Could those prospective new sites include Jacks prospect and Mushima North?

Its worth pointing out that the other two licenses which fall within the Copernicus Minerals ownership are also part of a data sharing and technical agreement with FQM as Mukai is, so there are the potential for further JV opportunities.

Poor old ART, he just can't get it right. He was deramping yesterday on the KoBold drilling (which could be announced at any time by the way) now deramping a JV which was obvious to anyone who bothered to do a bit of research!

My guess is that they had to stop drilling for a while due to the ground conditions not being dry enough for the deep drilling. They started much earlier than most drilling companies in Zambia, many of whom are just getting going now after the rainy season. I heard through the grapevine that Anglo American had been talking with Kobold and that informed their decision to delay drilling for a few weeks to let the ground dry out more.

I've noticed that the Jubilee website has been down all day. In the past this has happened when they are doing a big update so hopefully there's a new video or two on the way. I think Thutse was promised at some point but hopefully Roan fully completed and running!

There's also been a block seller active for quite a while, in my view the Munkoyo shares being sold off, but others obviously may have different views.

Delays and lack of trust is certainly playing a part too.

Frog believe me I know exactly whats happened with the share price and more importantly I know why it's happened. If you look at any PGM producer you will see the same story. Is that the fault of the company? Unlike SLP they were smart enough to diversify early into chrome, which will pay big over the coming year. Copper has taken longer than any of us would like but thats life, deal with it or move on.
