Say for example the sale is £100-120. That would hopefully give holders clear of 40 p but under 50 p, mc could well be bagging 3% which would be 3-4 m for getting peeps 40 -50 p . Sounds great work !

For me I am just buying a few 36 p shares back because 25 p - 40-50 p is still ok.

That is how I read that . You could read it either way , that is how I read it . It is not clear that flat fee is related to 40 p to me in that statement so will as usual see it with a more cautious set of eyes. It’s in older reports but also can’t be bothered to look.

Agree the previous reward was clear , why is this one not clearer? Not any real surprise in there, just glad I am not reading that and holding 1 m shares at 40 p plus after 10 years.

F, that could well mean flat fee under 40 p or 3% if it is over 40 p. That’s how it reads to me. Meaning there is an allowance for sub40 p??

Brig stock. The evidence shows that we were led to expect 150 k oz production for this year . Then we are not miners . Then a deal by last summer . I saw nothing in the video to give imminence to a possible deal, just the news that 1 of the 2 interested parties from 6 months ago has dropped out. Thems the facts. And cash is again running down of course. Soon be time for a bit more dilution.

There could be other reasons for holdup like procedural . Some additional sanctions anounced in the last week. Ortega will want this going to China and has the tools to make sure it goes where he wants.

Something has to give this year one way or another. Mc stated that j/v wasn’t an option but wouldn’t be the first time a volts face happens . Curious situation.

How anyone can paint going from 2 parties in advanced negs 5 months ago to one as anything other than bad is beyond me. After 18 months there have been 3 site visits,1 for every 6 months. Just last week the financial report was delayed to include a deal lol . You couldn’t make this up . No hang on you can can’t you simms!

How much cash do we think is left and when is next injection. Mention of cutting costs to the bone. Mm how about taking wages in shares at £1 per share .

Mellon will get the best deal he can that’s the bottom line. The gold price is obviously good news but I don’t think this will materially affect any deal. Personally I think the length of time taken with no news is not great and still stick with my expectations of no more than 50 p . I would also be surprised at anyone seeing cash before winter and possibly into next year but a deal must come for neros stated reasons. I have let quite a lot go because I expect less than 100% upside and various possible downsides. Better to have bought producers a few months ago. So agree with Nero, if not happy switch .36 p was a decent sell on no news and a pr pump.

Of course the 2parties may not have made offers. They were in detailed negotiations in dec it is now 5 months later. Still as yet no offer. There could be legal issues /due diligence issues etc. the assumption that the only issue is Mellon playing hardball are quite fanciful imv.

Polo. Fair post. Yes if you go back through presentations you will come by the forcast to drill for 3 m oz Then we buy a mill for $7 m and now apparently after forecasting 150 k oz production for this year we are not producers ! Extra oz would have been more useful.

Oh well . Whether to re buy 36p shares hmm?
