Around £8 m has been raised and virtually spent since the sale process started 18 months ago and another raise likely imv this year.

Personally I am not miserable here at all. My strategy has kept me safe and can now buy 36 p shares back at under 24 p . Yes cryptos and tech are much stronger than goldies particularly, that’s why it makes sense to be in them. I said on here Bitcoin was a buy at $4.5 k and now closing in on $70 k and likely to double. moving around is the best strategy . Sitting tight really hasn’t worked for peeps here and hopefully some will learn lessons.

Hopefully the offshore boys will get peeps to part but I wouldn’t want to bet on it!

This idea that it is Mellon holding out for big payday is fantasy imv. There is one buyer left in I would say they have the whip hand. You have been claiming weeks to go for about 14 months. At best Mellon is going to come back with the best offer he can get which peeps will have to accept. What if they walk away? Then what?

Imp. In my experience it is golly on aim to assume timelines given by companies will be very accurate. Pleasant bonus if the case. I see no reason thus far to invest on strength of brads forecasting. This is punting a which is fine because these companies are punts , no more than that. The odds of success for holders long term are not great. Cash is generally made in short space of time. Even with my cautious outlook I am gradually re buying slowly on pullbacks because there could well be some good trading ops but absolutely nothing is guaranteed. Less guaranteed than crypto imv. That’s where my best results have been.

Dr , agreed that timescales are very hard to nail down in these kind of circumstances hence why stating a particular time was folly as seen here numerous times.

Imv drilling will not start in June and probably not July . Cash burn is around $200 k p month so by august my guess is there will be $500k left in the coffers and another raise will be needed fairly sharpish. This is the issue with extended timelines. Another 8% for $500 k less costs would be very painful.

Hi Frenchie., that would mean since the shares have been issued that a sub 40 p deal has been agreed. It is bonus for year ending Dec 2023.

I know myself and e l read it differently on a comma based basis but that mc has flat fee bonus on sale or percentage of sale. The flat fee being £500 k . I suspect that covers sub 40 p or 40 p . Don’t believe last weeks shares are a substitute, just a reward for last year.

Time will tell.

For me is it worth re buying at 28 p if 40 p is likely . It probably is worth it but is there better opportunities currently elsewhere and are there still risks? Been buying v small amounts but waiting to see if we have bottomed yet.

So, they are still negotiating? Mm . So need to finish negotiating then definitive then draw up paperwork and then submit to relevant authorities anc the. Have it all rubber stamped. Concur e l. Options have been annual on top of wages. Laughably termed an incentive scheme . Last weeks freebie share reward is a new one on me considering he is also going to get percentage of sale above 40 p . Yeah not £1 -1.50 any more . Some of the options have strike price in the 40s so dubious if they will get exercised so reckon around 220 - 225 m shares including warrants at point of sale.
