The asset can still go to a us company if the gvnt reposses it which will be fine with the usa .

Munch ,I dont believe it can be brought forward any quicker by someone else . The mine build will be a set amount of time .cnr are still going through the phases towards the financing . If we were talking 4 years or so ago then maybe yes . Remains to be seen if a major may get involved in some way .wouldnt be surprising to see a stake taken at the finance stage . These stages were guaranteed to take more time than investors were hoping . Mc stated buy land by year end .just 7 per cent shy so he has til year end on that one and financing q1 .I have stated for a few years that cnr wouldnt be producing gold in 2021 so Nothing has changed .
Buying in small amounts spread over the next month for me for a mid 30s average .

Eelise ,tbf I dont think he said finance will not be an issue without buying all of the land . Owning all the land may or may not be an issue going forward ,it may alter timescales but unlikely that the last few per cent will be allowed to hold up the project indefinitely .
In one of book 5 posts he mentioned that one of ortegas sons holds shares here .quite possible .

Cq ,agree many goldies are showing falls this week .could be more to come yet imo . Potentially a lot of bargains to be had . A sharp short term drop will be perfect for buying for the medium term across the board .

Ccc. Mc has always stated that the aim for this year is to buy all land before mine build .It doesnt stop us from our current goals ,however does anybody know for fact that the funding and mine build can go ahead with outstanding land to buy . Obviously we may be close to securing but also there is possibility that it could drag on .
As far as being aligned with us ,the last couple of fundraisings tell us that recently ,directors and major holders have been looked after at the expense of the little guys . Are we looking at one last big buyup for mellon with more generous warrants etc .why not make the funding open to all holders at the same level ? And at the same time raise mc incentive level .

Cambells ,buying gradually in small amounts .Always like to spread it out .I dont expect transformational news over the next month . Depends on if there is further market mayhem which is very possible . I am fairly active trading in and out of shares atm so that is a factor .I dont have much fresh cash to use . I am not expecting twenties ,mid to low 30 s maybe but nothing is guaranteed I guess . I am a bargain hunter so if cnr is going to take a temporary hit then the lower the better . For lth it doesnt matter as they will not be selling and just need to remember testers figures and average down if they can . Of course this is the one danger for financing mine that it may co incide with a general share market crash making the dilution element more painful .unlikely to be until next year but who can tell how covid will play out over the winter and markets .glad to be in ncyt and sar and odx as a hedge . Lets hope by spring things will be in a better space .

Elise ,I bought around 40 p and now again buying sub 40 p but have been invested here for over 10 years and traded a number of times .Its been a long road and it took me a while to work out the best strategy to protect my investment .only buying here with profits from elsewhere ,not putting in new cash . Good luck to long term sitters . I will be here longterm unless the story gets too complicated but there are too many opportunities for quicker cash than cnr presently Tbh but keeping a fluctuating holding for long term .
Frenchie ,yes I know what you mean about being able to buy .The same goes for selling when a share is tanking .thats where limit sells and buys can be handy .

Elise , I sold here at 47 and now re buying sub 40 p . 35 p is a possibility yet imo if the market turbulence returns ,which I suspect is quite possible . 20 per cent cheaper . Peeps make the mistake of thinking you have to keep piling in cash to increase their holding .
Interested to see how much of a lift the last 7 per cent land sales make . I look no further than 70 p here in presently ,which is ok from 35-40 p . Longterm is a different story .

Eldorado ,yes agree with the strategy . I try to do it when it seems appropriate .Took a few out around 40 p now wishing I had taken a few more out but you cant always get it spot on but most of my buys were around 4 p so pretty happy still .chance to increase if it falls back further .

Ddd , btc nicely cleared $13 k .not bad from $4k in march .glad to be in btc and eth along with gold . More to come for sure but beware in short term for crash imo still .

In 2018 cnr and calibre had similar m caps at around £14 m in the bottom of the trough .the deal that many here said was a bad deal for calibre and aguila thought would not complete is not looking too bad now . Shame we didnt merge .

Munch ,if they did pre arrange a toll deal subject to land purchases it would be a bit silly to advertise it to the remaining 7 per cent and their ransom strip .
