RE: A Sale has always been the Plan23 Nov 2022 12:58
Tester, some interesting views. Personally I am not convinced there are advanced deals . I would expect an rns somewhat similar to shg as it should be rns. This rns is somewhat similar to 2015 strategic review to me. They are basically putting cnr up for sale like in 2015. I expect a lights on raise yet . Lets hear now what mc idea of a sale price that satisfies all stakeholders looks like. Personally I reckon 60 p tops which at least doesnt reward mc for taking £2-3 m wages plus options for taking cnr from £2.70 to currently 23 p. Lessons here for everybody, read between the lines and act accordingly. No £100 m dividends simms , no production by 2020,2021,2022 or 2023. Not long ago mc was quoted as being inundated with finance offers, so why now are we looking at a sale ? After spending millions on a mill.(more dilution).
22- 60 p is a nice carpet bag for newbies, if a buyer is found but factor in 12 years of inflation for ltholders and it is poor.
The rns doesnt suggest an alternative strategy just wait for news.
Tester, a takeout of calibre and cnr , interesting idea but calibre are run by serious mining heads with cash in the bank and 200 k oz production. I think cnr is a project for a mid tier. Thats why I wonder about equinox. Beaty knows the geology well just didnt rate the management.mmm. Oh well interesting 6 months to come.
