Avacta haven't published a patent since 2019 and there are no patents for Medusa 19 or Saturn Pass. That website is a complete red herring.

Well, as a board member of a UK publicly listed tech company we've done it 6 times in the last two years. We do have an in house council but it was never more difficult than a cease and desist letter written in the right way.

There are, but it's now illegal by international law and easily fixed by any decent corporate lawyer. Once a court decision is made then the domain is transferred whether the squatter/fraudster likes it or not.

'Domain squatting" is now illegal and any decent solicitor would have them turn over the domain to you free of charge.

The last time this happened (that charlie ecommerce site) I emailed AS and he replied instantly saying he had forwarded to the medusa19 team and the website was password locked within an hour. So that was either a cease and desist order or a 'jeez techies, get that down we're not ready yet'

Yeah I totally understand Sam, which is why I've held so far at EUA. I tried trading Avacta shares (large holding there) several times and only ended down in total shares, so I gave up there...but those CV stocks are just more volatile on a daily basis. I don't like dealing with the stress of that situation. I will buy back my EUA position today whatever happens, I just resent people being called Donkeys and Ass's for making their own decisions on what to do with their money.

Noted and appreciated. Although I didn't come on to say 'i'm out' I came on to decide what to do today, have a look for any new information before making a decision about whether or not to trade this today. Trading is not my usual style.

I agree trading EUA is very risky, hence why this is the first time I've done it. I don't agree that anyone chosing how to spend their money based on a strategy is "a donkey" hence my post. To be honest, if it weren't for that accusation I wouldn't have posted. It's also sad to see people wishing that others lose potential gains...that's a very sad position and one that is typical of a shorter.

I sold my position this morning to buy in to other rising stocks for the day, I'll buy back in later at the same price. It's very stagnant on a daily basis....hopefully I don't miss an intra day RNS that's significant but going by past experience here that's unlikely. I still like this stock but I'm no donkey :-)
