In my experience of submitting major bids as part of the board of a UK listed software PLC, we have never ever RNS'd the fact that we are participating in a tender.

BRH funded and compliant as a result of this transaction and latest RNS - Great for them! RMS expect to fly now that they seller is out, very exciting week for both stocks and massive upside from here!

And BRH need funding for the CV19 test project.....it's cashflow, simple as and they still retain 25% - If people didn't realise that that was the driver behind the BRH transfer of ownership they need their bumps testing and should stick to betfred!

Couldn't have said it better myself newtrade! Similarly I'm a business owner and an very recently ex board director of an AIM listed software business. The software business has a substantial marketing department, but no in house PR....this is usually contracted out to the like of Wallbrook. One of my businesses has 1 marketing person and the other none yet as it's a substantial cost and a matter of prioritisation in the business plan. That company turns over roughly 6 Million GBP without the need for dedicated marketing resource at this time. Some clueless posters on here!

Totally agree Obstando, I'd much rather have substantiated musing and theories that are discussion points, than the mindless cult ramping of brothers and sisters and the horrible deramping of TW and crew.

I am fairly significantly invested here but we need some clarity over structure of the various instruments and entities that for the ownership of the business, the bank involved and some of the customers. I strongly believe that this lack of clarity is the only thing holding us back, rather than some nefarious activity of AZ and the other highly credible board members.

@bullbear - Not really no, they are a new company don't have an established and well resourced marketing department and are trying everything they can to get a product to market in the most timely and cost efficient way possible. The product will 'sell itself' they just need to make as many people aware of it as possible. These are all reasons why the shareprice is so low and the potential is so high.

As I've said before, this is why AS is not rushing this..he's a total pro and has always said that he will not rush the development and risk failure during clinical validation, which would be far more damaging that delaying at this stage. AVCT still in the front seat for LFD success, even though they're not taking quick wins for later detriment.

I think we need some news to drive the volume, this isn't market maker games or any of the other nonsense often sprouted. I am very confident that upon the next positive news we will see significant positive pressure.

@jolly - I'm on 'I know when and how to use Level 2 and don't band it around like nonsense. By 'all green' are you talking about the recent trades list.....which actually isn't level 2. Level 2 access is primarily the order book, which can be useful but is rarely of any use on low volume AIM stocks other than the point of trade.

If you are, then you must also realise that the designation of buy or sell is extremely inaccurate too, especially if you are using the LSE Level2 algo.

Comments like L2 lit.....are frankly ridiculous and very misleading!

If you have a cough you are not asymptomatic and are already spreading the virus and have been potentially for 5 days......mass asymptomatic surveillance testing is what is required. Also....good luck getting it through clinical validation. And...what if you don't get a cough?

Richob....that's kind of a pointless statement. It's akin to saying the weather report says today that if will be sunny at the weekend, as long as the weather doesn't change between now and then, in which case we have no idea what the weather at the weekend will be. If you want an illustration of how things change with market conditions, spend some time looking at a FTSE 100 stock on level 2.......
