Just look at Avacta, their SP is now actually higher than just before the news. That stock is full of far more experienced Covid investors as well as general investors and long term holders....seems there is a lot more common sense over there. If you buy something because you believe in it and are willing to wait a couple of weeks, just ignore it otherwise you will be the victim here.

It's hilarious really, every time we get vaccine news we get the opportunity to buy more at these crazy low prices! The problem is that poorly educated new 'Covid era' gamblers get scared, they sell, follow the herd and end up buying back higher and losing shares. Most of them are probably buying stock using debt. If you believe in the fundamentals, just hold and you'll be rewarded IMO.....so relaxed about this now.

Sahabsa, that's just not the case. Selling by directors has to be approved by the chairman, and subject to MAR regulations. If they know that amazing news is coming but wait to sell until that news is released it is officially insider trading and they would be up **** creek! Selling now is actually a positive sign as far as I'm concerned. Also, BRH have made 15 Million on that transaction and are in desperate need for cash to fund their test development. So equally don't comment on baseless claims!!

@rachelsdad - Unfortunately you are wrong, a non-exec chairman very definitely is a director, they are a non-executive director.

What is categorically DOES mean is that the non-exec is not aware of any bad news, otherwise he wouldn't be able to sell under MAR regulations. He probably needed some cash!

Currently looking at the level2 order book there are three market makers lined up trying to buy stock at the same bid price, they definitely see a rise coming and are accumulating significant volume.
