Eish - ACA is being walked down by the market mafia at the mo but they will have to relent soon or kill the golden goose (literally). Our SP is back at a level last seen in June 2013 ! But we do need some good news from the BOD to start the recovery going. Silence only plays into the hands of the shorters and market manipulators. I did say that I would never invest in any company which is based in corrupt countries like Tanzania but at this low SP I think it is worth a gamble for a while ! 3 out of 4 brokers give "strong buy" and the other gives a "buy" recommendation. Bear13 - fully agree also - the crunch points are rapidly approaching - 18th June formal entry into FTSE 250 (may be a damp squib or a good SP boost) and Trading Update on 12th July - a good solid RNS showing paydown of debt and rising income - with a look ahead to Tolmount and Zama productions. I was in ACA last year and made a reasonable profit - but I got cold feet when I saw the way the corrupt govt of Tan was bullying ACA. and I predicted that either the GOT wanted to seize the mines as payment for the massive (and spurious) debt owed or they wanted to drop the market value and invite in a Chinese investor to buy the assets off the GOT. I could not resist the present SPs so I am back in with £25K worth of shares (bought in job lots) at an average of 117p. Hopefully the SP will start to rise again soon or ACA goes out of business and I lose the gamble. A RNS may be published soon stating that Won Hung Lo has offered to buy ACA at 300p a share or a RNS saying that the GOT has accepted the bribe to let ACA off the hook and resume exports of the concentrate. There is no way that any sane BOD would agree to build smelters in Tan - they would soon be nationalised IMO. Besides which it would be a long time before a smelter could be in action - so not a viable option. Regards all and GL with your own trading

I have just been looking at the PMO page on 4Traders and some interesting facts are shown - In $M DEBT Sales EBITDA 2017 530 2018 2240 1541 1017 2019 1982 1532 1018 2020 1785 1400 918 So it seems that the BOD is planning to run with about $2.0B debt at 7% for a while which is about 2 times EBITDA - probably in order to finance development of Tolmount - Zama and possibly Sea lion. I would like to know what is planned in 2020 which reduces sales - possible disposals ? Regards all - I am very confident that - despite "The Don" factor the SP should increase a lot over the next 2 years.

As a keen historian from the age of 9 I have always tried to be fair when looking at past and present events and trying to see things from the other man`s point of view. Trump is right when he says the US pays 70% of the total NATO costs and it is time that rich European countries - in particular Germany which pays very little in defence costs - to pay a fair share of the NATO costs - I can see "The Don" tearing up the NATO agreement and telling free-loading Europeans to pay their own defence costs. Trump is rapidly taking the US back into its "Monroe Doctrine" and "Madison Isolation" policies where the US withdraws from world involvement and directs its income to pay down the 20 trillion dollar debt it has with the rest of the world. Of note - if you add up all the costs of American involvement in foreign wars since 1783 it comes to about 20 trillion dollars Regards all - gold will be in great demand soon

ZenMerlin - why is the Western World so bothered about an Islamic Nuclear Bomb ? It already exists in Pakistan and India also has nukes but they are restrained by the MAD (Mutual Assured Destruction) consequences of ever using these weapons. The present hysteria about the Iranian nuclear programme is being generated by the Yanks to protect Israel. But it is much more likely that Iran will continue to use conventional forces to keep undermining and attacking Israel - which is why Trump has supplied Israel with 4 F35 aircraft (the most advanced and sophisticated aircraft in the world today) and Israel has them in use already in Syria targeting Al Assad and Iranian targets. Other nuclear states are USA Russia China France and UK - but no-one is suggesting that we scrap our nukes - unless THAT is the next thing that the spineless Mrs May surrenders to the unelected political commissars in Brussels as part of the BREXIT plan to reduce UK to a slave nation of the 4th Reich in Europe ! Someone should give Trump lessons in taxation - tariffs are paid by the RECIPIENT nation so the yanks will be paying all those 25% increases in costs of imported steel and timber (vital to construction industry and aircraft and car manufacturers et al) The old "Steel Belt" of the USA centred on Pittsburg is now called "The Rust Belt" due to dereliction and destruction of their steel industry - it will take many years to rebuild the infrastructure and in the mean time the Yanks will be paying through the nose for imports - Russia has almost all of the titanium world`s stocks and could bring the Yanks to their knees by banning exports (vital for batteries - cars - aircraft et al) Trump is an idiot who will wreck the world trade if he is not stopped. We did well in 1814 burning all the public buildings in Washington (not the Canadians Donald - it was us Limeys) Perhaps we should have a rematch and burn them again !!!! The next milestone is 18th June when we formally join the FTSE 250 - it may be a "damp squib" or it may push up the SP a bit by giving PMO a more respectable platform. After that we have the Business Update on 12th July - if carefully worded and publishing better than expected results the RNS should push up the SP again. After that we have the Half Year Report on 23rd August - hopefully with good results which exceed the market expectations . In between these dates we may get some good news on the progress of Tolmount gas and Zama oil - if not - then Q4 2018 should bring good decisions and forecasts on both. IMO the BOD would do well to push the Sea Lion FID back to end 2019 or early 2020 when a lot of the debt mountain should be cleared away and banks and other lenders may look favourably on investing in Sea Lion. bonker99 - TY for the info - barring Trump declaring war on the other G7 countries - we should see a climbing SP this week IMO I will be holding firm for now - no-one can predict SP swings accurately but I think we should in the next few weeks be seeing a rise Regards

gingerT - although past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance - I made some good profits last year on the run up to 338p SP and considering that at 200p the SP is now 41% down from its peak with no significant reason for the slide I think that the HOC fundamentals are good and Inmaculada mine is a godsend - producing well above forecasts. The next few months will I am sure bring an upswing in SP again If the SP swings lower next week I will buy some more shares. Regards and GL

looking at the latest Q1 report with my accountant`s hat on - the only concern I can see is an under-performing Arcata mine - all others are doing very well indeed. We will just have to wait a while and I can see the SP will recover well in coming months. GL all

The Swiss are about to take away the right for banks to raise their own money and instead centralise all money in a Swiss Central bank which individual banks will have to go to for funds. Finance experts are aghast ! If that goes through they say it will be the collapse of private banking and the knock on effect will crash world banking ! I just bought another �12800 worth of shares - at these low SPs it seems a good move. - reduces my overall average. I look back to last year when I sold out at a very good profit at about 300p but did not regret seeing it go on to about 340p. When HOC moves she moves fast and all it needs is a good RNS showing increased production and a rising POG and POS and we will be off upwards again IMO Regards all

Maverick7 - Catcher now is the rock solid foundation for PMO success - together with all the other valuable producing assets around the world. 2018 H2 and 2019 will see a massive reduction in the debt pile - and also a cut in the payment of 7% interest on debt. The BOD has wisely stated that exploration and development of new assets will be restricted till we get the creditors off our backs - but Tolmount (first gas 2020) and Zama (first oil 2022) will go ahead at minor cost to PMO. The RNS silence is what is causing some of the volatility on the SP - a bit more encouraging news would boost the SP. Regards
