My entire portfolio got no winner at all. Truly a blood bath. Oh dear!

Will this be just for one day? ...or the beginning of the end of the latest rally? If that is so then I wish I have got more cash ready to pick up a few bargains when it gets to the bottom but I only have £20k cash in hand, duh!....

Yes, I am so happy to see my positions with IMB becoming deeper and deeper into profit territory (average £15.98). A couple move push up will be even more secure. So, I hope the markets will stay strong for a little longer. So that my goal can be achieved. But the FTSE100 future is currently down almost 50 points. Tomorrow will be most likely a blood letting day. Let's hope it will get better before the markets open.

Well, Dan good evening. I am paying £8 (normally £11) per trade at the moment because I have been trading frequently and I am with LLOYDS online share dealing. Quite happy with them. Therefore I paid £16 for buying and selling a share, which is rather affordable.

Yes, you are quite right, tomorrow is another day. I had a good day today but the FTSE100 future is currently down nearly 50 points. Perhaps tomorrow will be a blood letting day though....... hahahaha

The previous high I was talking about was the one before going ex-divi(226p not the all time high).....lol

Well, last year's interim divi was 16.57p and this year's interim was 17p, an increase of 2.5%. last year's final was 32p. If this year's final will increase 2.5% as well then it will be 32.81p. will see if I am correct or not when the final results are out.

It seems that you have become so brave CSDI. Change is good and I wish you the very best and successful with your new trading strategies. If it works for you then I may try it myself sometime.

In fact I have been restless these past few weeks, busy buying and selling. Just sold BP and AV last week and a batch of my LGEN today. Bought LLOYDS last Thursday and Genel Energy today. Left with £20k cash for my annual ISA allowance. Will transfer it into my ISA trading account in three days time. Hope that I shall find another good share to buy by then.......lol

Yes, a good day if you compare it to the general markets. Every little helps, no matter however small the rise, as long as it's blue.......lol

A great day for me. All of my shares except NG finished the day in blue and the markets were down, how wonderful!

.....helped by the UT trade, which means the uptrend is still intact. Will see how tomorrow will do then.

The SP was kind of a struggle all day but good to see it holding onto the 930p mark. Perhaps tomorrow will be better. GLA

One more push tomorrow will see the SP passing the previous high.

Looks like that VOD is getting stronger and did not follow the market trends today. The chance of reaching 145p within this week is still highly possible. Maybe even higher if the final results will be better than expected. But one day at a time, now let see if the upward trend will continue tomorrow then.

Nice to see this rises back to over 220p again. Also it's outperforming the FTSE 100 as well. Long may it continue.....

Although the rise is small, it's actually outperforming the FTSE 100. Therefore can't complain and it's only Monday. Could well reach 145p by Friday, who knows.

There's a name for that. It's called herd mentality......lol
