As the matter of fact, without the bid rumours, I don't think the SP would have rised up to this level. So why call it killjoy? We should call this joyful instead........lol

I don't really mind if there will be really a take over offer or not but I love the rumours. It helps pushing the SP up. That's much quicker and more than the dividend..........lol

Aviva dividend pay day is May 14(today) but LGEN dividend pay day will be May 27! Almost two more weeks to go yet...

Looks like that this is another good day for M&, now up 5.2p. Will it be a double digit rise today? Hope so....hehe

Now £9.40! Won't be long before it gets to £9.50....Yay!!

£3 is now in sight. Think we'll get there sooner than later.

DOW future is now up further 44 more points and FTSE100 future is also up almost 20 points. Tomorrow looks more and more likely a blue day.

I am a southerner. I know that I talk a lot of rubbish but I am easy going, not a bully. So, I don't think annalisa's disappearance has got anything to do with me........lol

Only sold 1/3 of LGEN and bought GENEL ENERGY, which went down 12% today(includes ex-div 4.2%). I also sold one third of M&G and put it into TED, big mistake!! M&G shot up more than 4% today and TED has gone down 3% since I bought. Oh dear me, what a stupid! Hey CSDI my friend, you see that? I am many time worse than you.......lol

But my portfolio has still outperformed the FTSE100 over these three days period though, -1.1% vs -2.3%. Thanks to the star performance from M&G today.......hehe

Ah, that competition winning prize? Well, annalisa was the sponsor. You have to ask him/her for the money though........... hahahaha!

Now the total losses of my portfolio is down to just 1.1% for the past three days compare to FTSE100's 2.3%. Also DOW is rebounding, up more than 500 points now. We probably will see more rises from here tomorrow. It will be nice to see this going up to £2.50, revisiting its all time high.........

Anyway, we may see some recovery tomorrow as the DOW is currently up 500 points. Almost regained all the losses from yesterday. The markets probably will rebound significantly here tomorrow morning. So, good luck everyone!

I think it doesn't matter how much they pay us each time. Be it quarterly, half yearly or annually, it's the total payment that matters. Because it will be the amount that you need to report in your annual tax return(if you need to pay tax).........lol

DOW is recovering, now up 500 points. We should see more rises here tomorrow. Will probably go back to £9.30 or even higher.
