The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Shares which double in a short time frame usually don’t have much further upside.... For SEE it’s just the beginning.. happily holding if it goes 3,4,5 etc times my money.. so much potential, so much upside!
Indeed! I even came across a company which is using eye tracking technology to assist ecommerce websites to improve their sales funnel..

Pretty quiet here.. anyone any views on the current m&a situation?
II interest will certainly grow as the company grows. Personally I am a mega fan of the stock and long term holder. It’s the typical chicken/egg story whereby brokers/investors prefer to focus on liquid stocks. What the company management needs to do is as many post results institutional investor roadshows as possible across Europe and US, attend and present at investor conferences organised by investment banks and organise an annual capital markets day on top of regular RNS to keep the market engaged. Their brokers Canaccord, Penmure etc should assist them with this. (And I am sure they are doing this already). SEE management is doing a fantastic job in my view and larger ii interest is around the corner in my humble opinion (but only after YE results announcement)
Not sure what you mean by that?
I know this from my professional background as ex-investment banker. Different ii investors have different investment rules but as a rule of thumb they will want to be able to liquidate their position in max 3 days based on max 20% of adtv. Also they typically want to see 1-3m trading value. Also a market cap of 250m is really the absolute minimum for them. Ii typically spend a lot of time on due diligence and resources for an investment and to be meaningful the position needs to be significant... A small AIM listed penny stock with no “real” CEO, a recent downgrade of revenues, buying at the top of 52wks, EC proposal yet to be voted on etc just doesn’t go down well in cynical investment committees.. I am just giving you some colour how some long only institutions work. Ii hedge funds can make decisions much quicker of course.
Just on this, we are now in the closed period ahead for year end close of books so insiders cannot buy at the moment I believe. As this company is still perceived as high risk and low liquidity, ii cannot hold very large positions as they need significant liquidity to be able to liquidate their position if things go wrong..
We invested together;) (I invested her money)
In addition to, I also want to mention SeeingYou who got me into this opportunity and I also want to mention Alex8 who was playing devils advocate lately but appreciate his challenging views. Looking forward to the future:)
I wonder what happens is it goes to 100p.. :)
I do! I heard you are busy in Spain sorting out your upcoming wedding:)
Do you have anyone in mind? ;)
Does anyone have a list of the upcoming key dates (or estimates)? EC/EP, Euro ncap, other? Thank you in advance
Agree, KK is doing absolutely a fantastic job! It will be hard to find someone who can do this job better... There may actually be down side if the market doesn’t like the new CEO if announced..
Well summarised Sandy. A listing on Nasdaq may indeed trigger a re-rating of the stock but will only be successful with a significant private placement to US investors (and extensive investor marketing), otherwise you run the risk of becoming a tiny orphan stock. Also please be reminded of the significant ongoing SEC requirements and related costs...
Have you factored in Toyota and Honda as well? What discount rate are you using? Thanks
If we would win Tesla now they will only use Favio in 2020 at the earliest so no negative news for SEE in the foreseeable future, just another win..
Does this mean that they have halted trading in SEE ahead of a major announcement or are other stocks not trading either?
