Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Why RNS that?
Terry
When the VW contact drops this will fly….em
When the aviation license is signed that will be it….oh
The list is endless over the years and still grows, I’m not lying or deramping just being realistic,
Fleet seems to have stalled again, no G3 which was a priority 2 years ago, why would you buy G2 when the latest one is supposed to be available soon? 50k vehicles world wide over 6 or 7 years is rubbish, shell deal is a good example of why investors aren’t buying it cos shell don’t seem to be either.
I have seeing machines investor fatigue
We know BMW will include it in every vehicle and merc has said this as well. It looks like VW are too, 2026 is now where will have to look for a substantial rise in the sp. Yes, we may get to double figures next year but it’s not happening as quick as promised in all the interviews and investor infomercials.
I know all the fans are gonna say but what about blah blah and blah? It is all blah until it happens
Says DMS is driver input and gets full marks as its all thats required in 2022 when it was tested?

Future
You’ve clearly just found this and would like to get a few hundred thousand shares which I cant blame you for but us moaners have been here for over a decade and have loaded up as much as we are comfortable and probably more. We are well aware of what we have but we want the 2023 share price.
Next year…….
Talk is cheap, we’ve had plenty talk already and the Italians obviously aren’t buying it either
Same old zzzzzzzzzzz
I’m just surprised that its not enough for US II to jump on it now, lots of boxes ticked IMHO, WTFDIK
What exactly does it take?
Magna deal, massive investment from a massive multinational behemoth
Collins deal massive investment from an aviation behemoth
They both clearly have customers and expect to make money from us, not to mention anything else, dunno how we are valued at this pittance.
There was talk of working on 3 RFQs for aviation, hopefully they re announced.
We don’t manufacture so I think this is a good deal and no doubt it is the best one we were going to get.
In terms of a veoneer type buy out it looks like there are places for all the parts of the company to go if Qualcomm for example wanted automotive, just saying.
Phil
There is a back up driver and it’s only self driving on certain bits of the road at the moment.
It was on BBC regional news yesterday so its on iPlayer if people want to watch it
Sorry for no evidence link ffs
I seen the stagecoach self driving bus on the news tonight doesn’t look like they have DMS. The driver spoke about all the cameras and lidar but no mention of DMS and couldn’t see the guardian unit in there. I thought we were in there
Yippeeee
More behind the scenes contracts to wait for
But aren't auto contracts doubling every year from 2020 until 2026 and that's locked in?
Or is that just more blah blah blah.
It will be someone else's fault anyway don't worry, it gonna happen blah blah blah
70p by 2024 if we're still independent,
It's more like open Mike night not an investment video
All of them going forward will have DMS from seeing machines, then you will see a subscription model for add ons. They’re already doing this with heated seats etc
It’s a startup, many years from being in a car I’d guess, it’s a concept that may go nowhere.
We have something that works, Magna know what they have and know their customers who trust them to know what they’re doing.
Any land grabbing will be getting done by them
All we have coming is some lack lustre KPIs
Awesome
Yeah people was in profit at 11p with the biggest ever deal in DMS history done and $1 Bn+ in contracts expected in the following 6 months not to mention guardian V3 and aviation
WHY WOULD THEY TAKE THE SMALL PROFIT?
It feels a long long ways away from 11p
The thing is it's new models in 2024, all in 2026 which includes refreshed models which started production in 2023, so if they time it right they don't need to put in DMS until 2026.
The other thing about our DMS is it can replace 5 seat belt sensors so will be cost effective, lot's more things like that I'm sure from the 50 options available that they're speaking about
RNS next week?
One of a possible 25
