Dual sourcing or change of plans

It’s easy to become the next seeing machines, don’t do any PR, speak of a massive pipeline of $BNs and don’t get them signed, do lots of collaborations that don’t make any money and spend god knows how much of the share holders money on RnD with no return on investment.

Why have Hyundai and Geely invested in smarteye tech, it has nothing but bad reviews and bad results for ncap but its in the cars now for 3/4 years minimum, its a strange situation where anything can happen clearly.

More like mobileye WILL take over the DMS space, yes nothing to worry about right now, but I am concerned about beyond 2028 and the lack of contracts, well concerned I won’t make a decent return for my over a decade investment.

They have the customer base and sounds like a cost effective upgrade offering the same as us, they are highly trusted and can no doubt walk the walk, not like smart eye.

Barnden was slagging them off years ago cos they were planning straight to lvl4 and not too concerned about DMS, obviously they provide the whole package so yeah a Smarteye killer maybe?
