I have spent a number of hours researching and I am sticking with my gut feel that this "order" is Amazon.

We will look back at this as the turning point for Guardian

Remember what the company have told us "we will focus on fleets that have had a fatality"

When Nick Cotton presented at the Mello event, he gave one such example namely "Amazon"

I suspect we are seeing the impact of the market starting to realise the importance of the "order" from Amazon.

Whilst 1,100 units is modest enough, its the contract for the "high 10's of thousands" of units that will make this very material.

How do we even produce that many units, I suspect that's where our 20% shareholder comes in

I will try and make the maths simple

a) Invest £5k in SM 10 years ago

b) Invest £5k in a "basic index fund"

Option A) would be worth £5k today

Option B) lets assume the 100% mentioned, so its worth £10k

However, you think we its "above 40p", in that case the £5k would be worth £50k.

So, simple question, would investing in the fund mean £10k or £50k?

Bogyo, I see you are one of the most cleverable of the derampers, so my assumption is whatever you post is factual.

The SM SP "10 years ago" was 4p, you are saying if I had invested in a "basic index fund" that would be worth 40p today.

So the "simple maths" is 1000% return in 10 years.

Please post the evidence of this fund as I have had a decent offer for a kidney and with those returns its a no brainer.

Rivian are connected as they supply amazon, but our order is clearly from the fleet "operator" rather than truck supplier

Who cares?

- potential customers care, if SM have won Amazon from a competitor that's a big selling point.

- the market cares, have a look at what happened to FTC SP after they won a contract with Space-Ex and then every time they announce an expansion with said customer.

- fund managers care

Happy to hear apposing views of a company that meets the facts provided by SM, rather than just naming random companies with no evidence

Amazon had an existing DMS provider (Netradyne) and they had performance issues with the tech, this bit from the RNS is key

The big unknown for me on the "cashflow breakeven" plan was Gen3 sales, its a new market in North America and these processes always take longer than expected.

The question, could be get to the required 6,000 unit sales in Q2?

The key bit from todays KPI announcement is this

" For the month of October 2025, Seeing Machines sold 1,062 Guardian units. Adding the new US order for 1,100 units announced today and the previously reported autonomous driving contract currently being fulfilled, total Guardian unit sales for the current quarter have already surpassed 2,600 units."

IMO, the Gen3 win announced today across the "distribution fleet of a major US based multinational company" is Amazon.

The vehicle is the SM "test vehicle" and would have SM tech in the vehicle.
