I really doubt this is a false flag. Sunda have had to pull a LOI with a rig operator which, given they a small player and engaging in their first drill, will no doubt have damaged their reputation in the market. Instead I think they were let down by a TL service provider, whether any fault for that should be attributed to Sunda remains to be seen.

The issue I have, is that we as shareholders have funded Sunda’s and previously BOIL’s G&A costs for 4/5 years and all they have achieved in that time is 3D seismic reprocessing and putting in place arrangements for a drill that keeps getting pushed back. This cannot carry on and there is not a bottomless pit of cash available for future placings. AB needs to start showing concrete plans for his vision on how Sunda will become a leading player in the region and how we will start monetizing that potential

I guess you are looking at short/medium/long term.

Short term if they announce the bond financing with a reputable outfit then 10 to 15 p perhaps. Medium term rising into the 20ps. Success case 40p plus. All that assume no massive further dilution beyond that announced.

Just my personal views - I don't think we will get the PXC rises of old given the mess encountered over the past couple of years.

Firstly, learn to spell mate before throwing around accusations.

Secondly, a lot of investors would have bought 40p plus, so dilutions at these levels are meaningful plus they haven't addressed the Riverfort loan yet..

Thirdly, this is only a LOI and given how long it took PXC to get the last bond issuance over the line I wouldn't count your chickens before they hatch. A lot of Board trust has been lost and will need to be rebuilt before serious gains are made (plus takign into account dilution).

Another factor is that interest and payments under the Riverfort facility become payable around now, I believe, assuming no further refinancing. It would be nice to see PXC find a new investor in the copper bonds, but they certainly havent made life easy for themselves…

MD, the CLN holders will also receive substantial warrants, which is exercised will raise circa £5.5m so funding wise we should be fine for quite a while.

Even with warrant exercise and worst case SP conversion, we are looking at circa 60% dilution in total.

Question is, how quickly do they need cash. Loan tranches should, in theory, be drawn 30 days apart meaning the next tranche would be drawn around 13 June. We receive $1.35m from the first tranche (after discounting 10% fee). Adding Timor Gap's 72% contribution gives $4.8m to use torward the drill thus far.
