It’s naive to think Venezuela is going to result in any medium term meaningful oil production. The infrastructure in the country is a mess, will require significant capital outlay and US oil firms will not get involved unless they are certain the political situation warrants it.

I was at the AGM and dont recall JA naming a specific price at which he would place. All he said was that at some higher price dilution would be more palatable/have less of an impact.
