I agree, they are different jurisdictions, but they have both been promised and are falling way behind timing. I am just frustrated (as I think many are) and can't believe one of Cameroon and Namibia have not crossed the line yet.

TRP are having this issue in two jurisdictions rather than one though, so you do wonder how much it is the applicant rather than the regime? Plus nothing has happened in South Africa either....
