AP was terminated at RMRI on 25 Feb 2919 and replaced by AM.

And the fact is that GS has not been appointed as a director of MFCEVCO.

He is not a director of MFDEVCO. If he was , his name woukd appear on the CH reguster.

The point is that Graham Scotton has been trumpered as the new deal maker, to replace AM, but he has no influence over MFDEVCO, nor indeed any role there. What is going on?

Apart from retaining the chairmanship of MFDEVCO , Alan Minty has now assumed the chair at RMRI and removed AP as a director. He has not yet appointed GS as a director of MFDEVCO.even though GS is supposed to be deputy chairman.

He has now a complete hold over the MFD consortium. So much for standing down under pressure from LT at the NUOG AGM.

Do we need to spell this out? Seadog ran a twitter group where he said he was an insider and the NUOG game plan was to acquire the OSX3 and then exercise the TM one dollar option. All that fell apart when Nordic Trustee did not go with the plan.

We now have Dommo saying to the market that they have killed off the one dollar option, as per previous market guidance. They are delivering on previous market notices. None of which mention NUOG or MFDEVCO.

QT Dommo has market cap of 2 billion reals. Extraordinary, I know, but at that level they could get a placing or issue away to fund work if was going to be added value.
