Whose idea was the open offer? Vociferous big holding shareholders attending at the AGM, who thought it would be at a 10 % discount from 0.9p, not a 67% discount.

Who will buy the open offer when it is likely to buy in the market at sub 0.3p in the weeks ahead?

If the open offer fails then what? Another presold placing at 0.15p to replace it?

The placees probably have a short from 0.9 p and eagerly lapped up a chance to close it at 0.3p

I saddens me to read that you feel physically sick at today's events. Dreams of enterprise and well deserved gains burnt like tissue in a candle flame in minutes, by a group of self serving directors who care nothing about you or your well being. It ought to be akin to assault and criminalised as such.

I got caught once in a private investment which cost me a five figure sum, but I was young enough at the time to work my way out of it. Folk who put retirement pots into risk based investements are putting their mental health at stake IMO. Look at the devastation wrought by London and Capital Finance on pensioners, pure criminality.

You seem to be confirming that only a few weeks of work were carried out by PVF at the Garden Hill site last year. That would represent a gross distortion of reporting to DNR, and by the company, but I am inclined to believe you.

Where is the money coming from to re-open the well this Summer?

From that it looks like the Dommo holding in Eneva is 1.5% not 1.75% as I thought.

Nevertheless. I believe Dommo is now free to sell that stake for cash, because it has held the stake on its balance sheet as a liquid asset.

The well intervention work at Garden Hill ceased in 2018, and was formally reported to the the provincial government as suspended. NUOG has publicly admitted it cannot afford to do any work at the well site, which is why it farmed out to PVR.

PVR in turn has been unable to flow any oil after a year of trying, and they now seem to have run out of resources as well.

I fail to see how you think any revenue will accrue from it without vast investment of money which no-one has.

Dommo is selling its 1.75 % share in the Brazilian utility company Eneva SA. It should yield around US$ 20 million of working capital for Dommo. You can believe this money is headed in Minty's direction at MFDEVCO, but I don't think so.

I think Dommo is just doing what it said publicly and it is finding the cash to revelop TBMT by itself. Elvis Presley has left the building and I reckon " our man in Brazil" is looking for a tribute act.

Interestingly Eneva claims to be the pioneer is GtW in Brazil with 2.2 GW of installed capacity. No role for Minty there surely?

I empathise with your sentiment at the bottom of your post at 8.53, but you are effectively telling us that PVF has run out of money, as rumoured, and DNR has reported a suspension of operations by PVF/Energi. And still no update from the company about it.

That sounds like curtains at Garden Hill until someone finds a lot of money to start again with a new production well.
