Ask yourself who has been best placed to short this stock (since it is not PIs) . Each placing has been forward sold short by the people who knew it was coming... the placees. Beaufort Securities provided a masterclass of naked shorting until the FBI and FCA moved in on them, and then Novum took over the process .
The next placing will suffer the same fate, but the SP needs to be pumped up to 0.3 p to avoid a share consolidation.
