Are you seriuosly suggesting that tne company has called an EGM to approve a dilutive issue of shares in full knowledge of a commercial deal being signed before such an EGM?

This stock was largely placed to a twitter group at IPO and that group has relentlessly promoted it while selling it down from the peak. I have no faith in the so called lock in either.

Rumours of takeover bids refused etc, all grist to the mill.

I have tried some of the products, and frankly they seem amateur.

I bought modestly into the offering at 14p, but that is now a write off.

Wait until the lock in period expires next month and then watch the selling.

There is only one director who owns any shares, the NED Frank Jackson who has 2 million.

To suggest that Frank's shares are the directors' aggregate holding is a bit rich.

As for nominal share price 0.1p, I agree, but the RNS quoted a nominal amount of money for 35%.dilution, and that is what we can expect, a 50% discount from todays price.

Forgive me for challenging the numbers, because Seadog always told me my maths were bad, BUT.....approximation suffices for me.

35% of shares in issue is around 500 million shares , yes?

So to raise around £ 500,000 for 35 % share issue as per the published EGM resolution, the placing would be at around 0.1p , no?

And people sell at 0.2p, what a surprise.

That remains to be seen.

The TIGRE project has updated its website and it is rich with technical and project information about its GTW project in the southern North Ssa. The project page http://tp1.tigre.group/project-2/ shows a timeline to fiirst power sometime in 2022.

This project is the 300 megawatt GTW pilot project which has full support from industry, and must therefore really have first mover advantage. Being over 100 megawatt of installed capacity, it requires approval from the National Infrastructure Planning Inspectorate for a grid connection. The rumoured size of the MFDevCo deal is 65 megawatts and such approval might be one fewer regulatory hurdle.

However the information provided by TIGRE provides a touchstone to reality on when any revenue might be expected.

Revenue income from GTW power is several years away. Why should there be any significant premium upon announcing the answers to 1 and 2?

Any SPV seed money to MFDevCo will not make its way to NUOG, Any project management fees will not make their way to NUOG. The only money that might make its way to NUOG is a dividend from the SPV equity ( if Minty recommends it)

Plenty of time to invest at leisure when the landscape is clear and the profit obvious. No one got rich by trying to predict the bottom.

Petrofac is the 13th collaboration agreement by my tally, so there is now a full suit of hearts. Well done. It is also the third engineering contractor after Arup and Aker to join this MFD consortium, although they don’t call it that anymore.
Dr Pegram said that an engineering contractor was required to move GTW forward back in January, so we must presume that Arup and Aker exercised their rights of first refusal and refused.

The key words of the press release are “pursuit of opportunities” and “input to feasibility studies and opportunity screening working with MFDevCo to secure projects”, and “project negotiations intensify.”

All good stuff, but those words tell me that there is no project yet and Graham Scotton did not put his name to the RNS.

Petrofac took a beating in reputation with the recent SFO prosecution so they I imagine they are looking to rebuild partnerships, understandably.

Two central questions remain unanswered:
1. Where is the gas coming from? (Don’t say North Sea, we need field names)
2. Where is the money coming from? (Don’t say SPV, we need investor names)

When those questions are answered we can invest with confidence. Until then, the day traders will day trade and the long term holders are stuck in a yellow submarine
