Supreme Court claim in NFL13 Jul 2019 22:21
This statement of claim to the Supreme Court is going to be interesting, for a number of reasons.
It is patently obvious that there has been a big dispute with PVF, but why? Graham Scotton said in his recent podcast that the PAP1 well had been shut in and the site secured, that means locked. Who did that? If Enegi Inc did it, then its a lockout.
The PSA still has phase two outstanding, the workover phase, and there is still two years or more for PVF to find the money and do it. If they are locked out, there would be a case to answer for expense to date.
If PVF has shut in the well and locked the site, they might be within their rights, and it is a game of chicken to stop a third party from taking over, and that might have been threatened by Enegi and so prompting the claim.
The only public disclosure of this failed enterprise is Simon's video of three men in tin hats, and Mike's story about being a long way from Calgary. That is comptentible, but NUOG can now go on silence becuase of the legal proceedings.
Something went badly wrong on the site, and if will all come out in court, and then we will know.
GS is challenging the Court jurisdiction. Well good luck with thaf, he might as well pitch at windmills.....
Civil cases
"The Court has jurisdiction over all civil matters (for example, lawsuits in contract, accident cases, commercial lawsuits, etc). There is no monetary limit on the claims which can be heard in Supreme Court"
