I have a few attempts to refine this number over the last week.
As DB said in today's TW interview, anyone can work it for themselves if they have the formula, but finding the variables is the challenge.
The metric formula is STOIIP = V x 6.3 x N/G x P x (1-Sw) / FVF
Assumes 6.3 barrels to the cubic metre
1. Measured areal extent of reservoir 4500 acres = 18.21 Sq Kilometres (quoted by RBD)
2. Gross oil leg interval 45 metres (quoted by UJO)
3. Net to gross ratio 0.9 (estimate for carbonates)
4. Matrix porosity 15% (quoted by RBD), ignoring any fracture porosity
5. Water saturation 10% (estimate for light oil)
6. Formation Volume Factor 1.5 (estimated)
7. Recoverability factor 30% (estimated for gas cap drive)

Stock Tank Barrels Initially In Place= 18,210,000 x 45 x 6.3 x 0.9 x 0.15 x 0.9 / 1.5 = 418,165,335

So that gives a recoverable volume of around 125 million barrels so far and that is probably a best estimate number. Chrisoil's estimate was 100?

Consolidation alone will not help the cash position. The problem is that it not legal to sell shares at a lower price than the nominal price (0.1p) . A discounted placing is impossible at this SP and a premium placing is beyond the imagination of gods.
The only way any money can be raised is after an EGM to approve a radical share reorganisation to artificially inflate the nominal price, so that a 50% discount can be offered . These guys have done it before on the back of all the MF fictional deals, but who will buy the story now? Once bitten twice shy.
According to the Chairman it's all the shareholder's fault, and nothing to do with his rigor mortis.

Just for balance, I notice the RNS of 29th August 2019 is at variance with June 2019 UJO Investor Presentation
The presentation says: "Substantial hydrocarbon accumulation within a net 65 metre interval
encountered in the primary target, the Kirkham Abbey formation"
The RNS says " a gross oil column of approximately 45 metres underlying a gross gas column of approximately 20 metres within the Kirkham Abbey interval"

65 Metres, net or gross? The difference is in the volumetrics. I am surprised at this, because one of them must be wrong

Assuming the RNS is correct, and there is no other choice really, then the single stage 3 phase separator which left the site was unable to provide a stabilised liquid flow to measure. Trying to measure liquid flow rate with a high gas cut is difficult. If a more suitable piece of equipment is being sourced, it will be a two stage separator which will make for more stabilised liquid flow.
As for the nitrogen, it was only available to provide gas lift if needed to initially displace well fluids. It probably wasn't used after that.
Something flammable went to the incinerator during the test, because the flare was visible. It can only be hydrocarbons, and there is 50 tons of storage on site for liquids. Why is there any doubt that the well flowed?

Everyone knows the personality traits of Chrisoil and no-one believes a word he says. Of course he is a hypocrite, but he is far from alone in this community.

Only my opinion, but the court case in Newfoundland will spell the end of NUOG, because win or lose the case, they will lose access to the asset and the Shard security on it will kill them. That explains the silence because they cannot comment while legal proceedings are underway. PVF must know this and their revenge is probably personal.

Some folks are asking about the liquid nitrogen. It might have been used to displace well fluids prior to the well clean up and opening up of the downhole test completion assembly. Video evidence suggest that nitrogen was not needed afterwards for artificial lift because we all saw the flare. Nitrogen would snub a flare out to create a cold flare (which the EA gave approval for if necessary).

Some folks are saying there was no flow to the surface. What was burning in the flare? Used copies of Women’s Weekly from the site bog?

The flare was not a stack, it was an incinerator capable of burning off whatever entered and that might have been both liquid and gas and nothing was tankered out. Some people call it a “banker’s burn”. So it was highly likely the output from the test separator was not sufficiently separated for data collection and it all went to the incinerator. That in turn has required the test separator to be changed out, as the company has publicly told us.

The test separator went in clean and came out dirty, so it did some work of flowing fluids. From photos it looked like a LP 3 phase separator which was a standard generic kit for a well test.

If there is a high level of dissolved gas in light oil in the lower 45 metres test zone, then really you need a two stage separator – stage one high pressure to contain the dissolved gas and let gravity do its work in the dwell time to separate oil and water for flow measurement; followed by stage two low pressure to release the gas to measure and flare. So the replacement separator will be a two stage kit.

Nothing has gone wrong other than an underestimation of the Kirkham Abbey fluid at this location.

The idea of two separators on site does not stand aerial scrutiny.
Its job is done for the liquid leg.
