8-10 bagger in a month was a realistic expectation for most here. What's changed to make people say multi-year hold, 6 months etc. Pathetic backpedaling, we should see a 10 bagger from this low as soon as the licence is awarded or the bit claim is made. Assuming the Bit is over 1 billion.

What was the logic behind stalling before DD was completed then? Could you explain? Pat could issue the claim now after all this time - no one would blame them. What's to stop the Indians from requesting that they present their own case again? Seems like something has to give, the Raj government could just capitulate and accept an agreement fair to both parties. Look at the volumes across AIM at the moment. It's all down. I think that a 6 month wait would be insane. No, I expect some firm decisions to be made in the coming weeks that should impact the share price significantly. An announcement of a claim or the Judge awarding the license to PAT. How long does the Judge need to deliberate? It's been going on for years - he surely must be done already? An update from MB would help as well, we can't be left in the dark.

We should be at 50M, I personally hope that a license will be granted as that would be good for jobs and very good for PAT. I think that the fact that they want to wait for the judgement shows that MB would prefer an agreement - and he knows more about mining than we do. If we get a license awarded by the judge then I expect 150+M minimum. What are we doing down here? Absolute ridiculous valuation and not a good look for the AIM market as a whole.

Many would say that Panthera has been going above and beyond for years to no avail. What will the judge decide? I still think that an update from PAT would be nice, let us have the claim amount at least. That alone would blow up the SP.

They wouldn't settle for a paltry 50M after threatening an international tribunal - PAT needs to clear up what's happening. What are they trying to do? the Sp will respond quickly to any further clarity.

Why would the petitioner want to argue when we have already got the nuclear option? What does the Raj government want to object with urgency for when they have been delaying and stalling for years. Something's going on clearly. Does anyone have any theories?

An RNS with more good news would blow the doors off...they can't value PAT at less than 100s M for longer....

If that's the case then they have already lost. They are not abiding by the spirit of the BIT -- that foreign investment should be treated on par with national investment. They have no case. I don't think they can fight this unless India want to undermine important bi-lateral treaties and show a scant regard for international law. Do they want to look like Russia or Iran?

An announcement of a deal in progress should see a rerate. The press would hopefully communicate the significance and values involved. We can't stay down at 15M much longer with a $10 billion dollars asset. Just crazy.

I respect WB but that quote has nothing to do with investing. If you're WF then go ahead as he's had a 160 year winning streak.
