I would have though that DD comes first and then the funding notice. Once this happens then the likelihood of a deal increases substantially. The deal might be a while who knows but the SP will rerate on the real prospect of an out of court settlement at that point. A settlement might been soon but why the the Raj government strongly object to delays in court? What do you think is going on?

Let's get a deal done that's fair to all parties. I think that pat should get at least 35-40% one a JV happens.

Very low trade volumes. Not many are budging. I don't think that jumping ship is a good idea. A funding notice will be very soon now. The sp here is extremely low, I expect a 10x increase before long.

I don't have more than a couple grand and yet this could be life changing. It's not often that you can say that about investments on any market.

It would be difficult to lose much on 10M with a £10B asset that legally is ours. The financial settlement would be huge, most likely a license gets granted. I agree much of AIM is crap, you normally have pump, crash and burn cycles but PAT is very different. Once PAT gets funding, they have a very strong legal case that they can fight and win. The government will probably give in much sooner than some expect.

Once funding is sorted, there will be a significant uplift in the share price to 20s and beyond. The prospects will be much better and Pat will look like a potential lottery win again...

Mostly to do with the value of Bhukia, it's huge - even 50x the current share is less than 5% of the value of Gold in the ground. A money settlement would have to be over 1 billion dollars.

I'm a little worried another regime change in Mali would mean more delays for us. We might need another extension at this rate and the market seems to think so. I expect to drift down to high 30s if no news over next fortnight. Should have sold already, keep the profits etc.

I've seen share prices go 10,000% after an auction. It's impossible to buy when they go that high and there is some selling but this share is so undervalued, assuming fair settlement, that x100 is the starting point... Which is crazy. I hopr that we get that kind of rerate after many years of disappointment.

It's crazy, GoR have to stop the madness. Once funding is secured the writing is on the wall. They have to settle, they can't bloody win and they stand to benefit massively if they play fair. What's wrong with them??

Been floating around here for years. My investment isn't a big one but the Indians have no case. If Pat get funding, then there will have to be a settlement. It would be terrible PR for there bi-lateral relationship with Australia. They were/are betting that a tiny company can't raise the millions needed for a big court case. Looks like Pat will be victorious, it should never have come to this...
