I doubt that India will hold its nerve now. The writing is on the wall, it makes sense for them to accept Pat's terms. Resistance is futile! This next week should be full of SP action. It's ridiculously low given what lies ahead.

The share price should really go some next week. One thing that the DD shows is that the chances of success are approx 95% and that they were willing to increase funding further - remember, no win is no fee. I think that the market will wake up to the certainty here. I would be really surprised if India didn't want a deal rather than go down an expensive legal route that they are very likely to lose anyway.

We should at least exceed the high of three years ago as we approach the next court case date. Pat has a very strong case and this has now been backed by extensive third party DD. It is likely that the Raj government will back down, the resource in the ground (before mining) is worth at least £1 billion to PAT. Our current Mcap is £12M, you see the huge difference. Either way a massive increase in share price is likely. If the Raj government granted the licence tomorrow, Mcap would be 400 M +...

A game changer for PAT. Hope a deal happens but we get billions either way. The Raj government didn't expect PAT to fight. Now we can take them to the international tribunal, and given their track record, surely they will settle? It isn't in anybody's interest to make the lawyers rich.

It should keep rising through next week. I expect at least 50M market cap before the next hearing in September. If news trickles through of negotiations and a deal then we'll be in the 100s M. That's potentially 40-100 X the current value. I think that it's going to gradually dawn on the market what could happen here in just a few weeks really.

The Mcap is very low, the upside is huge. I'm surprised that the SP hasn't at least doubled. Mark said expect big news and this wasn't what he was referring to. There is a partner in India that they are negotiating with. We should see a big jump next week. I don't see why we can't be £100M+ over the coming weeks.

A rerate is in order, many here bought higher than the current price and it's now time to get a return. Sept 11th will be interesting . Any movement and we will see a very big rise, our current MCAP is pathetic. There are companies with no assets, driven by speculation and wishing thinking that are worth x5 more.

400-500 Million would be grossly undervalued. Bhukia is one of the biggest resources in the world, even bigger than current estimates. There is no way that PAT would accept such a low figure - you are looking at $2 Billion + and I'd be very surprised if the Indians go down the tribunal route for 3 years, they'll get hammered and it will cost them lots of money too. We have the funding for legal action, they have to find their $13 Million. Makes you think that a resolution is not far away.

People should be loading up. I doubt very much that the Raj gov will go to the tribunal and risk a big defeat after years of blocking PAT's right to mine. It looks very bad internationally. The Indian government should intervene as they don't want the trouble that this will cause in relations with Australia.

Why the negativity Roxi? PAT is in a far stronger position and is highly likely to win. I think that a settlement is still a possibility given the strength of PAT's case.

Roxi, you got caught out? Bet you didn't expect an RNS, right? The funding agreement is free monies that we don't pay back if PAT lose. The fact that the finding has increased to over $13M shows that the case is very strong and that everybody believe it is a 'slam dunk'. The Raj gov just don't have a case here. People have been saying so for years.

Pat has already been in the Indian courts for years already, it won't be long and I don't think that India can keep going without a deal unless they are mad.

So, the pressure is on the government.Get slaughtered in court or make a deal. They aren't stupid, PAT is owed billions if it's money. I'm hoping for a licence agreement soon.

I hope not after a 3 day extension. What next 2 days? It becomes a joke at that point. We need more than just a bland extension RNS, not good enough.

Just hold and see. It can't be long, I trust that an extension of 3 days is evidence that we are very close. No serious person would set such a short deadline after many months of missed deadlines. Expect something big, fingers crossed

Somebody is selling rather than buying, hence the drop. Why would anyone do that?
