If it doesn't then why was Pat using DD as a delaying tactic in the last couple sessions. Seems like Monday's hearing is the last one before a claim is served. Is the Indian government really going to let that happen again? Given what they know about our case being almost certain to succeed.

Are we waiting on the next piece of news? I would have expected to be 3-4 times up by now. It's not a rational valuation atm. I expect an announcement next week that will indicate whether a deal is being worked on. This should have a very big impact on the SP, I expect. Why would one seller hold it down at that point?

Should be much higher than this Mcap. Market is asleep, we need confirmation of talks for a deal or funding claim. That's what we are waiting for. It should longer than next Monday as Pat were delaying for the DD confirmation and funding.

A deal very soon is likely. The local government has been stalling for years, they know MBs terms. They can't draw this out anymore as the answer will be legal action in a case that India won't win. What's the point of a bilateral treaty if the Indians can't stick by the rule of law. Confirmation of late stage discussions should see a significant rise hopefully, I'd take x4 from this pitiful level.

i clearly disagree with you, our mcap is a nothing. we are due a rerate. it might not be 10x but it's not mad to say 5x. some aim companies have done this in the last couple months. don't be naive, lots of rubbish on this site. same bull****e echo chamber that i expect...i'll wait for the bell.

8 bags would be great but waiting 3 years isn't in the Aim market. I don't think we have more than a couple weeks before 5-6 bags. Pat is undervalued by a significant margin, if we were already at the 80 M mark then I would under your sentiments but not down here. So much deramping going on....

We will hit 50 M far sooner than 6 months. Once the claim is made, which I expect to be at least 1 billion pounds if not more then our SP will be 50+ p easily. Wouldn't be surprised to see x4 that if the licence gets granted. So, we should smash through as we're ridiculously undervalued. The options have kept the share price down, once that selling stops we should see a very big increase. The claim could be x100 our current Mcap with a 95% chance of success. Even with very conservative 10% pricing, our Mcap should be 100M + on the claim.

I think that Geng is wrong. Are you trying to drive the price lower? Don't care about gaps, this is news driven - share price has been even lower for at least a year. Gaps? We need a clear signal from Pat as to which way we are going. Arbitration or deal, markets hate uncertainty. Once we know then I would expect a rerate up beyond 50M. Simple as that, you have an agenda with your detailed and irrelevant technical analysis. I don't believe you and expect to see the SP rise with news in the coming weeks. The rubbish I read sometimes, we all need the SP to go higher as many will have invested higher.

Rubbish, charts only work for very mature companies. You need robust time series data going back many years... don't speak rubbish. Sp is massively undervalued, should be 5x higher at least.

It's the last chance to stop the international legal proceedings. It's not just another court date, it's the last if the Raj government is remotely serious. I would be surprised if they didn't try to offer Mark an acceptable deal at this point. Why hold out for an inevitable loss, it would be a very big payout - the biggest so far. The Indians have been losing cases, let's not assume that they're stupid.

Hopefully we do a bit better than 10% per day as we near the court date in less than 2 weeks. There will come a point where everyone will dive in due to FOMO. The only way is outer space from this level.

500M would be a rip off. A large percentage of any settlement would be reflected in the share price. When payment is made 100% will be the Mcap in theory. We do want the mine though if possible.
