There is no other test that comes close.

The NHS are sitting on the fence, this test stands to be widely adopted in the US national screening program for prostate cancer. It will save a ton of money and enable incremental improvements in accuracy as the algorithm is tweaked. I see no reason why PSE can't become the gold standard for prostate screening. It's the first to come to market and it will be the most mature and established test long before any others become available. We should have gone over 50 today as the SP is still a fraction of what it should be. There is no alternative to PSE, USA will widely adopt due to clinical need.

Broker targets are always very conservative or very wrong. The £2 target was probably written down before yesterday's RNS. The news means that adoption will be considerably faster than many predicted. It also gives confidence to doctors so the uptake should be quick. I wouldn't be surprised to 500M by Xmas.

Test was based on rubbish science, only tested on 74 individuals and yet they have an accuracy of 99%. Not good stats for a start. If it was the real deal, would have been properly funded and progressed at least by the NHS. Don't be a fool, you missed out simples.

Specificity is the proportion of people WITHOUT Disease X that have a NEGATIVE blood test. A test that is 100% specific means all healthy individuals are correctly identified as healthy, i.e. there are no false positives. At 97% specificity, 97% of the healthy population will be excluded, this enables proper screening of the entire population - PSE is the key to unlocking cost-effective and efficient mass screening for prostate cancer.

I would imagine that US investors will invest, but I expect the big bucks to come from major institutions as we pass 100M

I think that you're wrong. Sales are not built into the price at all. They have 200,000 test a year capacity right now. That is worth almost $200M revenue. That revenue alone makes this a $1 - 2 Billion market cap. The US has an insurance system that lovely spending money (double per capita compared to UK NHS)- people also love suing other people. Doctors will use this test because it will save money and save lots of lives.
