Absolute rubbish, he has sold a tiny fraction of his holding. I do this all the time particularly for unexpected bills. When you hold 20+ million shares, you have enough to live a billionaire lifestyle should this skyrocket. I can't imagine many PIs even hold 1M shares. That would be a bid of about 2 Billion. Still think that would be very low. The key is to max out there current capacity or possibly x3 their current capacity assuming lab expansion happens which would still be only 3% of the available market. If they can do that then the business is worth far more than 2 Billion.

The management made a great decision to start in the US. If the PSE test becomes established in the US market, it will spread across Europe and many parts of the world. What would that be worth. I'd say a very conservative £10+ billion buyout. I hope the management don't accept anything less than that - no low ball offers.

I reckon that we'll bob around here until the next news. The fact the a director sold a tiny bit indicates that big news won't be Monday next week. Happy to wait another month for something special to land. Once we get test numbers this will start shooting up. The potential revenues long term with partner labs etc could be many billions - MCAP could rise to 20+Billion --- I hope the board hope off selling until we hit really big figures. No point selling for a measly billion or so, which would be like handing a diamond mine to somebody who paid a pound for it.

A range between 30-40 is fine by me. Once the sales figures start to come out then we are off to the races. OBD already have 200,000 capacity in the US. That's enough for approx. 100M in profits, I think that the ramp up will be quick. There might be partnerships with other labs announced. A buy out will probably happen before we can get to a million tests a year capacity - unless the board hold out for mega Pharma money.

No one will be hanging around that long. Three months will be enough to show the direction of sales, then rerate and rerate.

It's almost impossible to time the bottom. The latest RNS was excellent news - I wouldn't expect to drop lower than the current level.

The iis have not started buying in yet. Other investors as we can see on this board are just trying to trade any volatility. They have no knowledge and just talk raw sewage in order to put fear into other investors. Aim is terrible at times, most of its businesses are sketchy to say the least. This one seems to be a gem, it really does seem to be a billion pound company but they need to release some numbers clearly. There are around 25 million PSA tests in the US every year. If we can get to a million PSE tests, a billion revenue, we might get bought out for £20 billion? Who knows? The worldwide potential is vast. I would like to see OBD to continue to develop the PSE test over the next year but beyond that the value potential is enormous. The technology could be worth Astrazenica's Mcap and then some one day.

It the sp remains around 37-40 then that's a good entry point for all the derampers - there is still time :)

This research has been on ice for 3 years. Also, how did they determine the 99% figure when they tested rather fewer than 100 men. It just seems that it didn't quite make the cut. OBD has a product in the market now that may also be capable of 98-99% accuracy. The current level with a PSA test is

If they can caption even a modest market share in the USA the an MCAP of 3-4 billion would be more than justified. If it got to that point we'd probably get bought out for $5-10 Billion. At which point, many investing today would be millionaires. Toffers, you and your chums are deluded if you can't see that (most likely) OBD is heading for many billions. I just hope that you haven't conned people out of what could've become the investment of their lives.

I think that a reduction in the number of required DREs would be greatly appreciated by both sides. Joking apart - this test is a gamechanger. I'm invested and I hope OBD keep developing the test, it's accuracy and any other information that they can get from it. Just super and great to come out of the UK. This will hopefully be my last investment before I do something lazy like invest in a major bank or buy government bonds. Fingers and toes crossed.

No company will agree to sell drugs/tests under its own cost of production. Drug companies make huge profits on drugs. The insurance payors might negotiate a lower price initially, but this test is needed. I've never seen a board filled with such deramping and misinformation as this one. Some people are just terrible people, this test will save many lives. One side-effect of prostate surgery is impotence, and that's assuming you return to health and not slowly pass away.
