The govt dept (BVD) has confirmed that they have not traded or disposed of any WRES shares. This means that we are no wiser. One thing is certain, someone has been buying, despite the seller!

That's why I have asked for clarification. The way BVD works is that the government can dispose of the assets and any funds that are generated (less costs) will be either returned to the company, or dispersed amongst creditors. I await their reply.....

While I am pleased to see a significant rise, note that is has fallen a long, long way over the last few years. Many LTI needs a rise in the region of 1000% to break even. The bottom line is that the company is still a loss maker, whichever way JC wants to put a spin on it. I remember that when we acquired connode that the anticipated revenues over time were estimated at 35Million, subsequently reduced each year to a value of 24M (over time). Orders won, orders on hold and orders lost, still a long way to go. For now, i would accept a cash generative situation but i will try to ensure that the next cash call by JC is his last, enough is enough!!!!

Gents, I did contact the Bona Vacantia Division (BVD) outlined below and spookily the updated company information has started to appear. They have been a little evasive in terms of answering my questions but i have asked for clarity

I think 10p will allow the majority to exit with a reasonable profit, based on development costs and time/amount invested. We can only wait and see now.

Gents, todays SP is not the result of the AGM or the farmout announcement, take a look at the 12 month graph it shows a steady decline over the whole period. Ultimately the BOD are responsible for the company performance and they have got it wrong, end of!
Our new or proposed leaders will make it work as they are in it for the profit long term and there will be lots of it for them. I'm not sure if it will be the same for shareholders.
