Having read the latest 10Q report, no sign of any accrual, which means no milestone payment this quarter :(

I also noted that they have not adopted a standard Phase 1,2,3 trail format but a seamless one which allows them to defer a number of payments and pay them at a later date. A total of $19.5M is due to CRT at the phase 2 stage which incorporates earlier payments which may have been due at an earlier stage.
To be honest it is no clearer when we can expect a milestone and deeply disappointing, it's time Sierra came clean, CRT and Sar need to be clear too in communication to us shareholders, just not good enough.

Irrespective of the farmout, what is happening with Kiliwani, long time no news!!!!

I think we would all be much happier if it did, but at this juncture it's a rainbow too far!

Sierra's losses are staggering they have spent hundreds of millions and have not made any profit, I can certainly see why they are focussed on one drug in the short term. Not so good for us though, it kind of leaves us up the creek in terms of milestone payments and further progress. either a big player steps up and gets it cheaply or it's game over.

John, we knew this was coming, you would have to be fairly confident in making a killing to agree to take these options. I personally think this is a good sign. I should have got out earlier but I've got to hang on now like many others I suspect.

Further to my last, if this share was at 5p and they wanted to consolidate 10:1 i would feel better, but even then my gut instinct would be to get out. Legal and General brought into Cyanconnode and I think they are at least 90% down on their investment. so much for II's and stability.

GIT, I am 100% against consolidation and in my experience I have only seen a massive decline in the SP once this has happened. While I see the logic in reducing shares, it only seems to work for Major companies who fit into your theory. Small companies like Solo Oil and Cyanconnode have show the disastrous side to consolidation. If MM did announce this I would be getting out pretty quickly!!!!

LTH's that brought in before the consolidation will never see a return on their investment. Current SP 5p broker prediction 12p and LTH's need a £1.

LTH's have three choices let it ride in hope of a slight recovery but god knows how long that will take, average down (not me personally) or cut and run, investing what little is left.

The II's that are still onboard may well sell out as holding is not doing anything for them, they have already written it off so it's just a matter of time when they go!

If by chance you have purchased at the 52 week low, spookily now! you might make a little but don't hold your breath. There are better opportunities out there.
