Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
CFO at Fortesque, that makes me chuckle in light of our financial situation. To be honest I don’t really care what he does outside of WRES, as long as he turns this around. Not at all happy about the price drop post consolidation, he had better produce some good figures ASAP.
Why would you, you stand a better chance of getting more back than losing your 3k?
If nothing else it has brought a smile to my face! Onward and upward from here, or at least I hope. All we need is consistent and good production rates in the years ahead.
EFlamis, clearly the suspension post was incorrect, where did you glean that nugget from?
Looks like the post consolidation price will be around 13.5p bas on the average price of the last week or so.
Last chance to top up then!
That the purchase by MM was solely to drive up the 10 day moving average SP prior to consolidation. Before his purchase post consolidation would be between 8 to 9p, now we are looking at 14p or slightly higher. Does anyone else have any views on this?
GUG, it would be interesting to know how many shares they still have to convert. No doubt they will be with us long after consolidation.
Effectively they have doubled their money, if it were to be converted today (which of course it can’t), just making a point!
This drawing down and issuing confetti shares must stop WTF is going on Masterman?
To top up before consolidation next week. GLA.
A very reliable source has told me that there will be a presentation at the AACR that covers SRA 737 in combination with AZ’s WEE 1 inhibitor. It will outline that there is good reason to continue development with our drug. Sadly it’s all in the hands of Sierra!
At least MM is anticipating a rise post consolidation, maybe not immediately but medium to long term. He has the confidence of a salesman. The sceptic in me thinks that this could be a ploy to boost confidence and induce buying, thus raising the SP average prior to consolidation.
That would be good, its a long way to go from 70% + down though! I've been in this a long time too and will remain at least until break even.
Lots of people buying and possibly averaging down which could be a good thing. The SP is rising slightly which may mean a higher consolidated price. Here is the risk though, will he SP increase or decline after consolidation? you pay your money and take your chance! IMHO it could go either way in the short term GLA.
OMR, Michael will still need to pull his finger out, otherwise there will be more scope for the SP to fall. He also has more scope to fundraise (more dilution) which I hope doesn’t happen.
GM, the simple answer is that the deferred shares are a vehicle to change the nominal value, and to complete the consolidation. You will have no more or no less than your current holding (to the nearest 100 (post consolidation) the fractions left over will be sold and donated to charity. Just bank on the 100:1 and take it from there. I hope this helps!
