Isn't it about time our new broker made a statement regarding the future prospects and their opinion of the SP (forecast).

The devil is in the detail which is still to be announced. The whole point of the flotation is to raise capital, hence the option for shareholders to buy additional shares. As my broker told me they are watching but don’t as yet have enough information!

Dr Dilly has given us the best indication so far that they will be progressing SRA 737 on several fronts, it has the potential, we all know that.
As with everything its all a matter of time!

NM, I thought it odd that I hadn’t received anything, having done so before! I then contacted HSDL to see why as no corporate notice either. It transpires that the company hadn’t notified them of the GM and voting situation and therefore hadn’t notified shareholders. I’ve now cast my vote remotely so all sorted. My advice would be to contact your share dealing company and raise this with them.

By selling this tranche of options they will have enough cash to buy the next batch before they expire in 2023! There are also more options for 2024 so I do expect a repeat. The figures though are small in the overall picture and I do not begrudge these to Tim or John they have earned it.

In fairness, each one of these molecules is worth a £ on the SP, just look at the market potential for each of them, and in multiple indications too!

Once they have disseminated all of this info to their ii’s I’m sure we will see a SP lift again. This is very good value at this price, huge potential.

There is also an opportunity to ask all of your individual questions and concerns on the investor meet platform, and the BOD will endeavour to answer every question that they can. In my experience they have been pretty good at providing answers. GLA, not long now!

Actually, hydrogen will have a huge role to play in future energy production, cars, and domestic energy for starters. Oil and gas prices on the rise, surely that’s good too!
While I agree that history tells a woeful tale when looking at the SP, let’s just see what the future brings.

I too get his point, the only one doing very well out of President is PL, investors have had no return for many years.

They would hurry up, end of furlough and I’ve just been made redundant again! I’ve now had enough of this work malarkey and ready to retire. I would like Tim and John to announce something tangible that will allow this to fly to the moon and back, I can then go with the flow!

I think they are still working it out themselves as there is a complicated tax issue. It seems like they want to make it a kind of special dividend from PPC which equates to a number of shares in Atome. I get a feeling that PL will also give an option to purchase additional shares in an attempt to raise some more funds. Going forward the companies will obviously be separate entities. We will know by year end, that’s for certain.
