Tony, should be receiving income from the old contracts is the one that worries me, if these contracts were well written and profitable we should not be in this position with loans and debt.

IMHO we may find that the contracts were virtually worthless with equipment provided without any profit margin and the maintenance element not making sufficient to be viable. I saw a similar scenario with Intelligent Energy before they went bust and were taken private. The devil is in the detail and the fact is that this company has been totally mismanaged.

If this deal goes through it will and reinforce my opinion that Cronin is a crook, no way should this company be in the mess it is. Cronin has mismanaged the company milked it for a decade and robbed shareholders of true value. This man needs locking up!

Sareum is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the toxicology dosing trial with no adverse events reported. The data from this trial is currently being analysed, and the results will be communicated in due course (expected in Q4 26).

We look forward to sharing this information with our shareholders and wider market audience.

In all fairness, there has not been any bad news since the drilling program started, apart from a couple of tough drill holes. I have no doubt, having taken into account the current data, that the company will indeed achieve what is needed to progress this further.

It’s going to be a slow burner but has potential to be a huge success story.

PCS1954, the toxicity completion in itself is a milestone and a good result. I’m sure that we all hope the data analysis and ultimate results prove to be pivotal. Unless funding is nailed on by negotiations in the background, it would all seem a little bit last minute, not to have started this process already. How much do they need, when do they need it, what is the intended use and what runway would that give the company. What is the endgame, with associated time frame? All questions as yet unknown. There are many learned people on this board, you I consider to be one of them, I just worry that SAR never quite get it right and always seem to be reactive rather than proactive. We will soon see if SP has what it takes to get a deal or multiple deals over the line.

Potnak, I agree funding is now the elephant in the room. Just to add meat to the bones the BOD know this and should have a plan in place, what worries me is that they have no plan. This always seems to be the case with Sareum!

After many years of speculation and more patience than any other share, I am expecting a significant increase this year with production fast approaching.

With the end of the tox studies clearly in sight, it is hoped that this important step forward brings the uplift and success that Sareum deserves.

HBD, surely it makes sense to progress and monetise the most advanced molecule(737), while continuing to progress the portfolio. Perhaps we should take a page out of Sierras book!

CB, Cronin is crook and liar! you may remember a while ago the report outlining the bright future of Cyan and the impending inflection point towards huge profits after years of raise after raise and subsequent dilution. What ever happened to the revenues for systems already installed, you have got to wonder about the historic contracts, their wording and profitability. If the situation is a dire as it would seem, with an offer of 10p being acceptable, one can only assume that these contracts are worthless and Cronin is feathering his own nest (again). He will be held to account at some point in the future.

This is smelling more fishy week by week, not even a sniff of an update, not even to say everything is progressing as planned. Something so simple would ease the mind of shareholders.

Any investor with shares in this company should vote against any takeover, that is the common sense approach as this just doesn't add up. While this is just my view, the truth is being withheld.

25% down over the last month, that on top of the already apocalyptic decline. Just a little bit of positivity would be nice.

While the RNS is welcome news, we have been put back another year.
