Sorry if this has already been asked, but I have not read the boards recently, and don't have time to read back right now, but does anyone have an opinion as to why all the trades (including my top up this morning) are showing as sells??

Well, I thought the RNS was very positive today, and reminded us that it really is now IMO a case of not losing patience and just hanging on. Hopefully now with all the big players in place we will actually get the news we have all dreamed of for the last 12 years in 2021 ....
The down side is that up until the end of last month, anyone who was trading Cfd’s with IG Markets had to close their CFD positions, and anyone who still now holds those shares has to sell them by the 29th of this month because IG are no longer going to allow GCM positions to be held in their Cfd accounts...
Thankfully I don’t hold any in my IG account, but I know many that do, so expect a drop this month in the SP before, hopefully starting north next month when again, hopefully everyone will be buying in their ISA accounts in anticipation of the big news....

Hi Whimax, I am guessing that IG are trying to control the SP to a degree at the moment until they have finished making all their Cfd's clients close on CHAR along with the other 600 companies they are closing by tomorrow??

Blackdogtaff, it may be because although the trade was made at 14.50pm it was delayed being shown and not declared until after the market was closed.... best I can think of i am afraid ...

Nice to see the buy though....

Sounds positive to me…. Just get the Nomad sorted and we will be on our way again

Following recent new flow, Peel Hunt has published an updated note on Chariot today. The firm have increased their Target Price to 15p and have upgraded their recommendation on the Company’s shares from ‘Add’ to ‘Buy’.

I emailed LSE today asking if they had a problem with their share chat, .. for info this is the reply I got ...

The high volume of market data we're seeing and being sent is causing problems elsewhere on the website. Share Chat being turned off is to minimise the on-site issues for members and to keep live data running so people can still trade. The fix we're looking to implement is close to being finished, to prevent the website from having issues when we see a large increase in trade data. We can only give our apologies and say we're doing everything we can as quickly as we can to get it fully resolved.

magmanus, I probably speak for a lot of long term holders here, (maybe short time holders too) but ffs, please give it a rest .. the SP is not going to change just because you post every 30 seconds, it will happen when it’s ready and news is due!!

At last, a post / article worth reading lol

Well not a bad day, and as I said this morning I considered today’s RNS news as positive, so is good to see a rise in the SP and such good volume traded..
I’ve finally found time to read through most of the posts from today on LSE, and obviously there are many posts from investors giving positive and negative view points depending on their investment choice at the time, .... I’m not going to argue with anyone as to what is going to happen in the future, BUT, what is good to see is that the long term holders here who know this share inside out and know what they are talking about from previous the many years of investment all agree with me that the latest RNS is positive news ...
Let’s see where we go from here, but from today’s RNS I would say imho it’s not going to be long before we get more news... I know many of the LTH would still like GCM to go all the way with this project, but it’s maybe worth considering that in the end as has been mentioned a few time’s today we will be taken over ... all we need to do now is work out the price ...

Although there’s an obvious delay, it’s good to see with all that is going on with Covid 19 we are still moving forward and on track ....

Looks like it’s finally getting interesting again with CHAR, you never know I may shortly be in profit again ...
