Europa that to me would be a bad result as we would have sold our oil for less than a $1 a barrel. If it�s there and gettable I am greedy I want more!

Sprintman the company did it�s self no favours last year with being caught out when the well did not gush as was every bodies expectations. DW and crew were effectively caught out and when we started deviating from the written plan which had no soak in planned, those who had not done their research panicked and sold, which when you get large drops like we did creates further panic and we were then off to the races. Sad really if we had been slightly better prepared to get rid of the frack water quicker and the well had flowed we would now be miles ahead of where we are now and the recent money raise perhaps would have not been needed or if it had dilution would have been considerably less. Still as long as lessons have been learnt and this well flows all will be good.

I have a feeling that a few too many fingers got burnt last autumn and that there is a much more of a wait and see attitude. People seem to be prepared to miss out on the immediate jump up if it flows and will get in after it has been proved.

Blume I am not an oiler but I don�t see how there could be less pressure at the bottom of the well, simply does not make sense please explain.

S4lmo let�s put the question back to you, assume it flows and we sell the lot to a company. How much do you sell a barrel of oil in the ground to them? 1$ or more? Then times it by how much is in the ground and add any conventional. Now you work out how much the company is worth and as a hint it�s a great deal more than 10p providing it flows of course.

You are so right Parkeg1 the Slovenian Govt has quite frankly been beyond useless. For a member of the EU they are way behind and you have to wonder how an earth they were admitted. There is a case for the Company to take them to court I would have thought with the ignoring of there own laws. I would never again invest in a company operating in Slovenia its like going back to the Stone Age.

Amtech It�s quite easy with level 2 to tell what are buys and what are sells and up until the recent increase in price to .03025 they were by far a majority of buys. Since the move up they are sells. Still almost double the number of buys to sells.

Jofhoggit I am not so sure we would have had flow by the end of the summer last year, the well had run out of pressure again, before it closed for the winter so without artificial lift which DW had not booked and was not available I am not sure how that frac water that needs removing was going to be moved. You can ague that perhaps DW should have thought about artificial lift and had it on standby but I am sure it would not have been cheap. In the end the well caught us all out as it did not spew like a fountain that we all hoped it would. Let�s hope it does 100 barrels a day and manages to sustain it this summer. I hope that people don�t fall into the trap of talking of 250 or more a day like they did last year as it will only set the derampers up if we don�t get there. Fingers and toes crossed for 100.

Garry love Your posts, one thing I have not really understood from last year is why the well kept running out of pressure after a relatively short period of time. I understand it�s trying to shift heavy water but with everything so pressured down there and with the great start through a small choke is there any particular reason why we would run out of pressure to lift. If it�s been covered before I apologise as I must have missed it. Many thanks to however answers.

Having lost thousands on this company I do not believe a single word that comes out of ABH mouth. I am surprised he is still stringing this along, boy how he must have laughed as he was flying around the world at our expense.

It�s not a matter of when the tool got stuck it�s the fact the CEO failed to tell us, just because it might have happened before CH took over does not mean that he did not know about it. Makes you wonder if it was stuck down there from previous times why they picked that well to reopen and not one of the others and why they decided not to do a flow test. He definitely needs to change service companies as they always seem to botch the job.

Markettimer you would have thought if he owned 18 million shares in AST he would be extremely worried as to what the BOD have been getting up to. TPT and Rosewall not sure why you are so against this. The group are not trying to take over ala BMD, however they are putting the BOD under notice that they are being carefully watched. There are some very legitimate questions that need answering. It may we�ll be that we don�t like the answers but at least it will all be out in the open. The gas will still be there but just maybe we will get some proactivity from Colin.

Tpt if you ask the questions at the agm you will not get the proper answers, to easy to fob off. By asking by letter and from over 10% of share holders the company has to respond. If people then don�t like the answers the company�s feet can be held to the fire at the agm. It�s not about running the company it�s about making the BOD aware that they are now under some real pressure from shareholders who have had enough of the shannagans.

Apparently according to DW the pressure gauges are down hole and cannot be seen at the moment. Seems a bit daft to me as I would have thought this was critical info to be monitored, but then I am no expert.
