RE: RNS - Saudi Arabia Update30 Apr 2026 08:22
This is a bit of a tribute to Janus. It does NOT say no more fund raises. It could have simply said TK fully funded but instead uses the phrase funding package closure. At the same time it brings up the value of Saudi assets, only 13% owned so, no, I do not think HAA can borrow against a potential and large asset. I agree with the suggestion of Deedee and Hub re: "sniffing around". That I like, sale or JV. But combining in one RNS the clear presentation of the value in Saudi with the closure of TK funding package give me an uneasy feeling that HAA may want to stand his corner in the near future and not wait for cash flow from TK but rather to invest shareholders cash now, and where would he look for that cash? I am happy with my present holing in TK, in Kefi as a whole but remain wary of HAA. I am happy to help fund Saudi from income from TK in a few years but definitely do not want to invest my retirement funds in an HAA legacy project.
