Skwizz,
Yes guilty as charged. Got too old to manage 44ft of tupperware in mid pacific ocean so sold up in NZ and living in Monmouth. Could have done with a few boaty bits on the morning of 15th Nov when I woke up with no power and looked down the stairs to see waist deep water. We had to be rescued by boat. Just moved back in after 13 Air B&B stays mostly out in the wilds of mid-Wales, probably lovely in the summer but only two were within walking distance of a pub. The downstairs is now dry, clean and back on power and on-line. But no kitchen (and it was only 3 yrs old) so we have set up a camping kitchen in the old library, sadly most of the sailing guides were on the bottom two shelves and ended up in the skip. Cooking now is a bit like on the boat but I have to walk to Waitrose for fish rather than throw a line out the back. Good to see some of the old names still here after seven years, hopefully they also cut and ran or held short positions. I see the percentage of playground banter is little changed and a quick run through "Hot Chat Topics" is still a good way to search out potential shorts. My long portfolio is much the same, closed a few that were past the sell by date and bought a few new ones, mainly medical and gold. Nothing obvious on the horizon, most of my multi-baggers date back to my sailing days and I have sold a few of them. The only short I am thinking of adding to is AML and some USA tech stocks, Strategy Inc on Nasdaq if you think crypto is toppy (been closing only for a few days) and if you want an AI that is overpriced Serve Robotics, also on Nasdaq. Thanks for the shout out and happy hunting, Seadoc (the second).
