My view FWIW, has always been that 2025 was to be a year where JSE aims to pay down its debt after getting akatara online and completing the skua drill. The skua took much longer and cost more than expected and this has had an impact. We should see the debt profile lower again soon, despite skua cost overruns.

the company is in a much better position now than it was a couple of years ago and the SP will reflect that in due course. I would think that the catalysts of lower debt levels, higher cash balances and vietnam progress will provide an uplift to the SP

At end september netbacks were $38.21 a barrel and the oil price was $60 a barrel on 1st October and probably averaged about $65 for the quarter.

even at the current price, netbacks are probably in the region of $30+ a barrel.

Do not forget that the 400bopd from m5 is not included in that figure of 4500 boepd as it is currently offline for a week due to a mandatory pressure test ....we will be at 4900 within a week, when that comes back online

The rns on 26th November said..

M5 Well producing at approx 275bopd net to arrow - the rns today shows it at 400bopd net to arrow, prior to mandated pressure test shut in. A good uplift.

M6 Well producing at approx 412bopd net to arrow - the rns today shows it at 386bopd net to arrow. A slight reduction.

rns on 12th november said

production approx 4000 boepd - todays rns is 4510 boepd excluding the 400bopd from M5 Which is shut in for a few days.

looks like we will exit 2025 at 5000 boepd.

The company said "in the coming days" to publish the MRE. That was, as we know, last thursday. I think all of us assumed that the coming days, meant an rns this morning - that being four days later.

I want to take this opportunity to update our shareholders on operational activity that was recently undertaken at our Junior Lake property, and outline how we will use this information in our updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), now scheduled for Q4 2025 release.

Work on the updated BAM Gold MRE by SLR Consulting Ltd, identified opportunities to bolster our mineralisation model by conducting a small program of infill sampling of existing drill core. The infill sampling was completed and samples dispatched to the analytical laboratory for expedited gold analyses. Results, as they are received, will be immediately integrated into the MRE. This new body of work runs concurrently with the fundamentals of the MRE report and therefore does not unduly impact the overall document timings.

These infill sampling results will supplement the 3,500 metre drill program we completed at BAM earlier this year together with previous infill sampling we conducted since our last MRE update in 2022, providing additional resolution and confirmation of gold mineralisation dimension and geometries. The updated MRE will now be reflecting both the new drilling data and a reinterpretation of mineralisation in the Gabbro unit—previously known but never formally published. Landore is confident that these efforts will yield a robust resource estimate aimed to confirm additional mineralisation along strike and down dip and upgrade the resource classification.

Landore selected SLR for this MRE update because of their extensive technical expertise in Ontario, their global reputation for compliance with strong reporting standards, and methodical approach to resource modelling. Experts from RPA Inc., a world-wide leader in mineral resource estimation acquired by SLR in 2019, produced the previous MRE's for BAM, B4-7 and VW, and are providing significant project knowledge to our current BAM MRE update which greatly assists with the continuity of interpretation.

We have this opportunity to get this right and to include all possible data to give us the best overall result and I believe that the slight delay to the target date is warranted. This document will guide the future expansion and development of BAM and will be critical in any corporate development conversations we may have in the future.

Once the FDP is approved, the project will reach the Final Investment Decision (FID), with expectations to open the bid for EPCI of 1 CPP platform and 1 floating storage unit by the end of 2025.

London, United Kingdom - 11 December 2025 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM: LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that, at the Company's request, trading on AIM of its ordinary shares has been temporarily suspended from 12.50 p.m. today, pending the publication of its updated Mineral Resource Estimate for its BAM Gold Project in Canada.

Landore expects to announce these results in the coming days.

AIM Rules are fairly clear..

Rule 40: Suspension

The general principle applied by the Exchange when considering requests for a suspension of trading in AIM securities is that interruptions to trading should be kept to a minimum.

An AIM company should request a suspension in circumstances where it is required under these rules to make a notification but is unable to comply with its obligations under rule 10 (having used all reasonable endeavours to do so). Any such suspension is at the discretion of the Exchange. The Exchange will not suspend the trading in AIM securities if it is not satisfied that the circumstances justify suspension.

Should the Exchange effect the request for suspension, the AIM company must make a

notification stating the reason for suspension to the fullest extent possible.

An AIM company, while suspended, must continue to comply with these rules.

The Exchange may impose conditions on the lifting of suspension as it considers appropriate. Once the circumstances leading to the suspension have been resolved or clarified sufficiently for the AIM company to make a notification that informs the market about relevant matters,such a notification should be made without delay. Restorations are effected by a dealing notice.

Where it is proposed to announce at any meeting of shareholders information which might lead to significant movement in the price of those securities, arrangements must be made for notification of that information so that the disclosure at the meeting is made no earlier than the time at which the information is notified.

My first thought was that the company has been sold when i saw the trading suspended, before the rns landed

I cannot think of any other reason for a suspension - suspending for an MRE release isnt usual.
