I think that BLOE has a good chance of getting its targets met over the coming months and funded. I like the low risk prospects and the fact that they have such faith in the new horizontal mini drill, they are likely to generate some funds from marketing it.

We need to see some traction here on C37, to at least see some signs of life in the stock. Andrea needs to give us a good result here.

Mike has gone quiet.

The BOD need to get the refinancing done on the RCF, as it expires in 2020. That is not long. If Debs position weakens and they breach covenants, then they may not get anyone willing to support the next RCF, especially if the working capital position deteriorates and suppliers demand upfront payments. Debs will be toast in that scenario and Mike Ashley knows it.

Their credit rating has been downgraded, which makes it harder and there is not much likelyhood of positive movement on this rating in the short to medium term.
