Decent update today minimal share price move. Odd particularly liked the info on the workout property.

Up 5% Friday. Pity I was add scrap from dividends. With freetrade so no stockbroker fees. only have £250 in at the moment and down 7%.

It's underpriced!

Maybe, but I think Nigel will tell them where to go.

They have reduced the increases in dividends from 7% to 5%, so in there words they can invest more in the company. So the only way they can start buy backs is to reduce the dividend further and use the savings to buy back shares.

Supposedly fca has told brokers to check that there customers understand complicated investments.
In the case of freetrade they are simply going through the shares they trade and saying no you can't buy them it might be to complicated for you. If you own them you don't have to sell them but you can't buy more. This one (vpc) has not come up yet but it will do. They stopped me buying anymore of a Vietnam investment trust. Hardly the definition of a complicated investment.
Now this is just the way freetrade are behaving while work out a way of deciding how to test customers competence. The behaviour of the fca (not the stupidly of freetrade) may mean investments like this will be less in demand in the future. So now might not be the time to buy.

Apart from COVID year profits up 7%+ for at least 6 years. Share price gain -9% over 5 years. A few run ups above £3. Getting to the point where it is inevitable that share price has to rise.

Would be very surprised at share buy backs or a special dividend. Highly unlikely. They have clearly stated they want to invest more either of the latter Would reduce investment.

The price increasesays a lot, considering the language we should have seen a 10% rise at very least. I have a suspicion though that it may move up over the next couple of weeks.

Sounds like you were unlucky with your timing. If you are not in a hurry for the capital I would hang on as has been above 300 before covid and post covid. Profits are significantly higher now than pre covid.
