You've got to consider that the buyer wouldn't want too many void periods on that 10% yield so being cash flow positive from get go was part of the done deal. I.e. the buyer knows the seller is going to be around for at least 10 more years - to breakeven or else that £5m cash could have been better used elsewhere. It's a real vote of confidence for the resilience of the company.

Auson you make a very good point that whoever bought 2 million shares was probably in the know. They wanted those shares all day too. So I think that dramatic drop to 9p was to let lots in. For every sell there is a buy or it would be going NT.

This doesnt need a takeover imho. 40p offer was rejected only about 6 months ago so can't see 40p being accepted now. This is just IIs "balancing their books", making their performing funds look better and their underperforming ones like good
